Position Purpose

As a member of the Ticket Sales and Service Team, the Account Executive, Ticket Sales is responsible for generating revenue by identifying business opportunities and selling Las Vegas Dealers ticket

products. These products include season tickets, power packs, premium seats, group and party suite sales. In this position success is enhanced through outbound phone efforts along with, the latest Premium Sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft CRM. Furthermore, the Account Executive, Ticket Sales will work in conjunction with the Ticket Services team to help service existing accounts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for meeting or exceeding all individual performance and developmental goals within specified time frames.

Ensures to obtain leads and answering questions.

Builds relationships with prospective customers via outbound telephone efforts and enhances those relationships through face to face appointments.

Responsible for, but not limited to the sales of new full, partial and group outing ticket packages as well as single game suite rentals to both corporations and the general public.

Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts by using sales and service best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, and referral gathering.

Update and maintain customer information and payments.

Actively participates in team member sales training and development opportunities.

Contribute positively to sales team member culture through working relationships with all team members.

Essential Skills, Experience & Abilities:

4-year college degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred. At least one-year of successful sales experience with a professional sports team. Ability to multi-task and maintain strong organization and organizational skills.

Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills. Must be detail-oriented, a team builder and a team player.

Sales, Service, & Marketing: Ticket Sales Ticket Sales Representative

Position Purpose

The Las Vegas Dealers are seeking coachable, high energy Ticket Sales Representatives with the drive and passion toward career growth through sales. This is a full-time, entry-level, hourly sales position, with responsibility for full-menu selling of season tickets, partial plans, premium seating, and group outings through outbound calls and face to face appointments. We are looking for a standout individual that is eager to grow their career in professional sports through ticket sales.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Meet the established sales objectives. This includes structured execution of sales calls, setting up in-arena visits and outside appointments

Make a minimum of 75 outbound sales calls each day with the goal of generating new ticket revenue Identify new business opportunities by establishing professional and personal networks

Proactively seeking new leads through referrals, prospecting and networking Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

Work assigned sales, promotional and team events for the purpose of developing new prospects and building relationships

Acquire an in-depth knowledge of all Dealers ticketing products, understanding the scope of ticketing opportunities and maintaining a well-organized sales appointment process

Ability to maintain accurate, detailed records of all current clients and prospects.

Uphold the sales and service mandates of the department by working in conjunction with the entire Sales and Service Department

Sales, Service, & Marketing: Corporate Sponsorship Sales VP Corporate Partnerships -

Position Summary:

The Las Vegas Dealers have an immediate need for an experienced, results-driven VP of Partnerships committed to achieving sales excellence. The ideal candidate has a passion for sports and a strong desire for progression in the industry. This individual must be self-motivated to achieve sales goals, results-driven, and customer-focused with superior communication skills and unwavering work ethic.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Protect the moral, legal and financial well-being of the Company.

Conduct sales conversations with key decisions makers via inbound and outbound phone calls, in and out of office meetings/presentations, arena tours and other effective means.

Prospect and cultivate new sales leads through creative lead generation methods in addition to strategic and organized follow up with sales leads provided by the Idaho Stampede.

Entertain and nurture relationships with clients and prospects through various means, including: networking events, arena open houses, seat visits at games and more.

Work to achieve and meet individual and team quota provided at the start of each fiscal year which may include but is not limited to full menu selling with a primary emphasis and focus on corporate partnerships year round.

Create and sell big ideas to generate high level, integrated corporate marketing solutions to marketing and c-level executives.

Leverage organizational resources to drive retention strategies for customer renewals Cultivate and maintain relationships and large book of business annually.

Track and manage business using CRM and utilize systems to effectively manage current and prospective client data, ultimately resulting in increased sales.

Identify upsell opportunities for assigned corporate partner accounts.

Facilitate all corporate partnership activation and fulfill sponsorship agreements by working closely with other departments & reps to ensure a high level of execution and customer service.

Work in conjunction with various departments to ensure fulfillment of all client deliverables. Evaluate current partner activation plan and provide recommendations on how to better develop the partnership across a 365 day platform.

Effectively build and sustain strong partner relationships.

Implement new strategies and methodologies based on research, data, success rates, and market trends to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Oversee assigned departmental projects.

Attend all home games and special events to ensure fulfillment of partnerships and entertain current & prospective partners.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Strong leadership, teamwork and relationship-building skills.

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Basic understanding of social media marketing and the digital space.

Communications: Communications Department Management

Director, Corporate Communications (Marketing and Public Relations)

The Director of Corporate Communications will be responsible for implementing public relations plans for the Las Vegas Dealers off-court and business initiatives. The position will assist in the development of the public relations strategy that drives brand image, senior executive profiles, and key messaging for the Dealers business divisions, including corporate partnerships, sales, community relations and marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and deliver strategies that tell the Dealers overall narrative through traditional and unique media opportunities, on a local, regional and national level, with a focus on business initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with key local, regional and national business and off-court media. Work closely with corporate partnerships, sales and marketing to develop storylines for external use. Oversee the writing and editing of internal and external communications, including press releases, memos and marketing material.

Manage and guide staff to successful earned media placements and event execution. Coordinate all PR requests

Set up all interviews involving players and coaches ( as well as an Dealers personnel) Provide assistance on ensuring Dealers players are media trained.

Organize press conferences.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

2-5 years strong public relations experience including relevant experience in the sports and entertainment industry.

Strong relationships with media outlets across multiple platforms.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in marketing, public relations or communications.

Significant experience in special event development and execution.

Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to represent public relations department internally on cross-functional teams while developing and executing public relations strategies for marketing plans.

Experience in writing, editing and providing guidance for development of a range of PR and communication materials.

Outstanding communication, public speaking and interpersonal skills. Must submit a writing sample.

Position Overview: Create and develop brand and marketing strategies (incorporating all our assets) for the region across a variety of business initiatives and disciplines based on research and other specified campaigns. Manage and analyze branding/marketing initiatives for specified business units.

Major Responsibilities

Develop and execute short and/or long-term brand and marketing plans with a view on achieving business objectives and growing the Dealer’s brand

Create and develop key strategies, initiatives and performance measurements based on regional marketing/brand campaigns

Interact with business lines/partners in order to influence and provide consul and recommendations on their brand and marketing plans

Develop and communicate written briefs for use by internal departments, agencies and/or partners for effective execution of marketing objectives

Write creative briefs that clearly articulate communication objectives and success criteria in order to inform creative development and influence partner activity

Work with department head (AVP, Marketing and Communications) to develop comprehensive marketing and communication campaign and strategy based on brand research and strategy

Required Experience & Knowledge

Knowledge of and ability to apply advanced branding, marketing and communications concepts Agency experience a plus

Educational Background Required

Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines MBA is a plus

TITLE: Finance Intern

Department: Finance & Administration

SUMMARY

The Las Vegas Dealers Finance Intern will be responsible for assisting the Chief Operating Officer with several aspects of Finance Administration including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, and financial audits.

ELIGIBILITY

A candidate can be an undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing. Other consideration will be given to those who have experience in finance. Internship applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Interns must be available to work from 20 to 40 hours per week with flexible schedules. Interns will also be expected to attend Dealers games and various promotional events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements.

Assist with the setup and management of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable electronic filing system.

Prepare monthly account reconciliations.

Assist with invoicing and collection of sponsorship payments. Track sponsorship fulfillment expenses.

Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process.

Assist in team financial reporting including team projections. Other duties as assigned.

TITLE: Las Vegas Dealers Graphic Design Intern

Department: Dealers Marketing

SUMMARY

The Las Vegas Dealers Graphic Design Intern will assist the organization with all graphical design efforts. The Graphic Design Intern will gain experience creating compelling marketing and promotional materials, including print, web, internal and external publications and promotional items in a fast-paced professional environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with creation of collateral including flyers, signage, schedules, print advertisements, splash pages, while following brand guidelines.

Develop cohesive design solutions for both print and web applications.

Use production techniques such as color correcting and create clipping paths to prepare files. Assist with editing and creating graphics for website.

Ensure consistent branding standards.

SUMMARY

The Las Vegas Dealers Business Operations Intern will be responsible for assisting the Manager of Business Operations & Special Projects with day to day tasks and organizational projects/initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Research quantitative and qualitative materials as it pertains to special projects and initiatives.

Research & propose various processes, online tools, etc. that will allow us to operate more efficiently. Participate in development of marketing & advertising, public relations, interactive services, sales and branding initiatives.

Assist in planning events for various programs and initiatives Research, develop, and implement record management program.

Assist Manager of Business Operations and President with daily administrative tasks and business operations.

Create presentations for various business needs.

Develop prospect lists and leads for specific partnership packages. Help maintain online team store.

Help monitor inventory levels and place reorders/remove from inventory line as necessary. Process customer returns and assist with order issues.

SUMMARY

The Las Vegas Dealers Web Editing/Content Intern will assist the organization with writing and reporting on the Dealers; content and design updating for lvdbasket.com; conducting and transcribing interviews; working Dealers home games; shooting photos/video and editing for website; and assisting with other projects as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement updates/changes to websites.

Write and edit daily articles and postgame stories for the websites. Shoot photos/videos during practice, shoot-around and throughout games. Construct/edit online photo galleries; resize/compress photos for websites. Create and maintain Las Vegas Dealers blog.

TITLE: Ticket Sales Internship

The Las Vegas Dealers are looking for an outgoing and driven Ticket Sales Intern for the 2015 – 16 season. This position will work directly with the entire Ticket Sales Staff to generate ticket package and group ticket sales. The Ticket Sales Intern should possess excellent people skills, time management skills and be highly organized. The ideal candidate must also be prepared to work irregular hours (nights and weekends), maintain a professional attitude and appearance, and be a team player willing to help out wherever they are needed including other departments in the organization.

DESCRIPTION: The candidate will be responsible for knowing all Las Vegas Dealers ticket sales

products and identifying what product fits the client/fan the best. Candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast paced sales driven environment. This position is call-heavy and candidate must be able to handle success and rejection in a positive manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate package and group ticket sales

Cold call perspective customers in order to meet weekly, monthly and seasonal sales goals Create and implement different theme nights

TITLE: Graphic Design Intern

This position is responsible for the creation of high quality, graphic design layout for sales collateral and other authorized promotional and support materials. The Dealers are seeking a creative and qualified intern to support the Las Vegas Dealers Digital Media team by assisting in designs, development and production of creative projects and services. This is an unpaid position.

The right individual must take great pride in their work and pay strong attention to detail. Applicant must have strong understanding of graphic design tools and standards along with a strong sense of design style. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, while keeping organized and maintaining the highest standard of design quality in all work. Needs to be able to work as part of a team or individually.

Responsibilities:

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Building graphic elements and logos for promotional use. • Designing promotional items such as t-shirts, posters, flyers, etc. • Photo editing, re-touching and color correction

• Page layout and design of print collateral • Maintaining department photo database • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):

• One to two years related experience and/or training preferred

Summary: Game Staff will work all home games and promotional events. The Game Staff will be

responsible for game night entertainment.

Qualifications: Game Staff Members must be outgoing, energetic, passionate (almost a fanatic), work
