DBA GROUP
DBA Group Srl is a holding company based in Italy consisting of enterprises operating in Civil Engineering, Plant Design, Architecture, Project Management and specialized in the development of software platforms for public works and infrastructures’ life-cycle and operation management.
DBA Group totals today 220 People and 21 Mn Euro of revenues.
DBA Group was established by four shareholders and entrepreneurs, the De Bettin brothers, who now have been in business together for over 20 years.
SHAREHOLDERS
DBA Group is 77.2% owned by its founders through DB Holding Srl and 22.8% by the Italian Investment Fund SGR SpA, which entered its capital in December 2011 to accelerate the Group’s growth, diversification and internationalization.
DBA Group Srl owns the entire share capital of DBA Progetti SpA, Weez Srl and DBA LAB SpA. DBA Progetti is the sole shareholder of DBA Proekt OOO (operating in Russia), recently also acquired IGM Engineering Impianti srl and lately owns 70% of Galantino Landscape Buildings Architects (30% owned by Galantino Associati Studio). 77,2% 22,8% 100% 100% 100%

In the field of telecommunication networks, DBA developed a leading experience both at a national and international level, offering its services since the very beginning of the diffusion of mobile communications in Italy.

fileds of Architecture, Engineering and Project Management, active in the development of professional, technical and management services aimed at the design, production and management of works and infrastructures.
DBA Lab SpA develops Process Automation software platform for Project, Asset and Lifecycle Management, providing Information and
Communications Technology consulting services in the public works and infrastructure sector.
WEEZ Srl provides project management services, assistance and technical support in the Information and Communication Technology field to support Vendors and System Integrators.
In order to develop its services, Weez is able provide to customers a managerial and organizational structure based on the Vendor’s needs, and on the geographical and temporal distribution of activities for the assigned project. DBA Proekt OOO, based from 2006 in Saint Petersburg, provides technical professional services and ICT consultancy and solutions for the Russian Federation market.
IGM Engineering Impianti Srl, founded in 1995 in Genova, delivers engineering services and design of special plants - hydraulic, fire safety, lighting, ventilation – in road and railway tunnels. In October 2012 IGM joins the DBA Group: company is acquired by DBA Progetti that thereby widens the service offering in the infrastructures sector.
Galantino Landscape Buildings Architects Srl Galantino Associati Studio - a landscape, masterplan and architecture company – was founded in 1987 by Mauro Galantino, professor at the Venice Architecture Institute.
From 2005 DBA is Galantino’s partner.
In 2013 GLBA Srl (Galantino Landscape Buildings Architecture) is founded, becoming a DBA Group Company 70% owned by DBA Progetti.
