Drivability. In one word you can sum up your entire experience with our

suspension system. Most people will actually drive their Jeep® on the

road. Think about how important this is. Many of us think of our Jeeps

as a trail vehicle, but it spends more time getting us and our family

to and from places. Drivability and performance of our suspension

systems are some of the most important factors that we build into our

kits, ensuring that the factory stability controls work with our systems,

and inside the parameters that Jeep® has engineered into the vehicle.

The advantage and benefit of the TeraFlex Elite LCG suspension system for JK Wranglers is apparent the minute you put the pedal to the floor. With superior handling, responsive steering, ultimate off road performance, and customizable suspension geometry this system is miles ahead anything else out there. TeraFlex continues to dominate the off road market, and the Elite LCG reinforces that position.

The handling and performance of the Elite long arm system over any other kit - long or short on the market is simply amazing. The long upper and lower FlexArms work in tandem to provide synchronized suspension movement and articulation that does not bind or limit travel. The suspension travel is maximized through correct control arm geometry that reduces the extreme control arm angles, an inherent problem with short arm lifts. This correct geometry also eliminates most of the front-to-back movement of the axle as it cycles in its motion, keeping the wheel centered in the wheel-well through all suspension travel.

The new FlexArm mounting points properly address critical handling areas of anti-squat on the rear, and anti-dive on the front. A factory style 4-link suspension with trackbar provides the best handling and performance for on-road drivability and allows the JK to track tight through corners and at highway speeds. The trackbars pro-vide excellent lateral stiffness to keep the axle properly centered under the vehicle for the strongest suspension configuration possible.

The Low Center of Gravity philosophy has been implemented in this system to ensure that maximum ground clearance and suspension ability has been maximized while keeping the total center of gravity as low as possible for premium handling and control. The difference is immediate and the advantage is TeraFlex.

The CAD designed bracketry has been specifically engi-neered to provide maximum strength. Streamlined mount-ing points incorporate both upper and lower mounts in one bracket for simplified installation and seamless fac-tory styling.

Under extreme articulation the frame has a substantial amount of flex. The frame brace eliminates the flex and adds superior stiffness to the front steering system for no-ticeable response at highway speeds, and strength off road.

JK Specific Joints

All control arms use the TeraFlex exclusive forged rod end housings loaded with spherical flex joints. Angled shanks provide maximum tire clearance for tight turning. Complete length adjustability allows for correct driveline and caster angles and alignment. Proper suspension geometry

addresses roll center, trackbar angles and alignment speci-fications. The rear trackbar kit properly aligns the rear suspension to return to center and control sway at speeds, and to work in unison with the front suspension.

Articulation with the LCG system’s 4-link with trackbar is unmatched. The trackbar when combined with the frame brace eliminates unneces-sary frame flex, and front end shimmy. The drivability with the Monster trackbar is unparalleled.

Elite LCG JK 6” Long Arm Suspension System

The TeraFlex Elite LCG 6” Long Arm System is the ultimate in both style and performance. Long-term testing yielded intense, inclusive, detailed suspension geometry engineering and development, to provide optimal handling and perfor-mance. Some major suspension areas that were addressed include: Anti-dive for proper front braking, Anti-squat for proper power to wheels suspension move-ment, and several improvements to the front and rear roll centers.

The Elite LCG features adjustable tuning, and is accomplished through fully adjustable upper and lower long FlexArms that allow pinion, caster, anti-squat, and tire position configurations to be modified.

Note: Driveshaft modifications are required on all JK Wranglers & Unlimiteds with this suspension system.

This kit is designed to fit up to 38” tires (aftermarket wheels with 4.5” backspac-ing or less is required). Fits 4 door JK Wranglers. Not recommended for 2 door JKs - will cause extreme driveline angles.

Elite LCG JK 4” Long Arm Suspension System

Note: Driveshaft modifications are required on all JK Wranglers & Unlimiteds with this suspension system.

The core of the Elite LCG Long Arm Kit is found in the heavy duty brack-etry— precision CNC cut and formed from ¼” steel plate with fully gusseted and reinforced welds. The simple design is incorporated flawlessly with the frame and provides OE streamlined styling. Simple, straight forward installation is handled with frame locating holes in all bracketry prior to stitch-welding the brackets in their permanent location. Lower FlexArms feature 2” OD x .281 wall DOM with fully welded heavy duty bushing eyelets for superior rigidity and durability against the rocks.

The TeraFlex Elite LCG 3” Long Arm Kit for the JK Wrangler is the perfect solu-tion for aggressive trail users looking for the most advanced long arm system available with a lift height that keeps the center of gravity as low as possible, while giving you virtually the same performance gains as the 4” or 6” systems. The TeraFlex Elite LCG 3” Long Arm Kit is designed to fit up to 35” tires (after-market wheels with 4.5” backspacing or less is required). Fits both 2 door and 4 door JK Wranglers.

The TeraFlex Elite LCG Long Arm Upgrade Kit is designed as an upgrade to a current suspension system. The 2.5” TeraFlex budget boost is the most economical lift for the JK Wrangler. The budget boost is designed for JK owners who wish to lift their vehicle without many modifications. The budget boost will increase off-road performance. Sev-eral innovative features of the TeraFlex budget boost are found in our exclusive spring retention spacers that do not allow the spring to drop out during extreme articulation.

SPRING HEIGHT MEASUREMENT AND FRONT RAKE ADJUSTMENT

The JK Wrangler comes from the factory with a pre-determined

amount of front rake (the front end sits lower than the rear about

1.5°). We have designed our front coil springs to eliminate this

fac-tory rake. This means that a lift kit after installation when measured

& compared to factory measurements will be lifted more in the front

than the rear, to level out the vehicle.

In addition, we estimate that additional aftermarket components will

be added to the vehicle (such as a winch, bumpers, racks and larger

spare tire). We attempt to have our suspensions sit at or close to the

advertised lift height with all of the aftermarket components included

on the vehicle. This means that each vehicle may not perfectly match

the specified lift height. Please take this into consideration when

mea-suring the actual lift height that you achieve with our JK suspensions.

We also offer a wide range of leveling spacers to adjust the JK ride

height to suit your unique requirements.

Note that 2 door JK’s will experience about 1 inch of additional lift

than the 4 door JK’s with the same lift springs.

TeraFlex has the perfect solution to level out a loaded vehicle. These spacers are designed to work in stock configuration, or with a lifted vehicle.

The spacers are available in 1/2”, 1” or 2” lift increments depending on your needs. The rear spacer also incorporates our industry exclusive spring retainer and guide that helps to realign the spring to its proper location during extreme articulation without fear of the spring falling out.

All spacers are sold individually and will fit both 2 door JK Wranglers and 4 door JK Unlimiteds, and all JK Rubicon models. Sold individually.

The TeraFlex Engineering department really earned their wages on these bumpstops. These bumpstops are the easiest on the market to install, and retain the factory microcellular bumpstop to progressively absorb impact. Upgrade your bumpstops and get the TeraFlex advantage!

It provides the superior highway swaybar for street driving with no resistance off-road when disconnected. The S/T Swaybar System is designed for those that do not want any torsion resistance when off-road.

A simple twist of the knob releases the torsion bar, and allows unrestricted movement. Simply twist again, and you are ready for the highway! Fits all JK Wrangler models including the Rubicon and Unlimited.

The TeraFlex Trail S/T Swaybar System provides trail-tuned torsion resistance when off-road. Fits all JK Wrangler models including the Rubicon and Unlimited. The Dual Rate features two torsion bars, one for heavy duty highway handling and one tuned for off road articulation. The trail swaybar offers some resistance, but just enough to limit excessive body roll when in off camber and sidehill situations.

To disengage the swaybar with the S/T system, simply twist a knob and you are on your way. To re-engage, rotate the knob again and the swaybar will self engage when the vehicle is level. Fits all JK Wrangler models including the Rubicon and Unlimited.

This is NOT recommended for daily street-driven vehicles, and is intended for trail specific vehicles (this swaybar does not provide adequate highway anti-roll swaybar characteristics).

The heavy duty street sway-bar is designed to offer more resistance than the stock swaybar for superb highway control and handling. The torsion bar is constructed of 35 spline, heat treated 4130 chromoly steel for fatigue resistance.

The trail swaybar is designed to offer the perfect amount of anti-roll when off road. This keeps the Jeep® stable and allows side hills and off cam-ber maneuvers without loss of vehicle control. Constructed of 22 spline, heat treated 4130 chromoly steel.

The swaybar knob is ergonomically designed to make engagement and dis-engagement a breeze. No dirty or greasy hands. Just rotate clockwise for trail use, and counter-clockwise for street use.

The Dual Rate S/T features an internal bushing that allows both swaybars to rotate independently of each other when in the trail position. The bushing eliminates any play for tight working tolerances.

The forged high clearance swaybar arm allows for maximum wheel travel during articulation and eliminates most tire interference with the swaybar. The forged arm increases overall strength, es-pecially side loading situations during articulation.

and the SpeedBumps to properly bumpstop the vehicle. Specific attention to wheel offset, tire diameter, tire width, fender flare clearance, and collapsed shock length is critical. Improper measurement and installation of the SpeedBump and bumpstop extensions will result in vehicle equipment and body damage. The TeraFlex front JK Big Brake Kit is designed as a factory brake upgrade for JK owners looking for a performance brake package that will handle the increased braking requirements needed after larger wheels and tires are used.

The oversized twin-piston brake caliper provides for more clamping force, with an increased surface area while decreasing brake fade. The oversized caliper will provide a more efficient method of heat dissipation for increased stopping power.

High-performance 13.3” mill-balanced vented rotors keep the braking system cool for maximum stopping in all conditions. The dual wheel bolt pattern allows for use on multiple wheel applications. A premium e-coat finish is durable and resists rust. The optimized

The TeraFlex RockGuard Epic front bumper for the JK Wrangler is designed to offer ultimate rock protection, and match the refined design styling of the vehicle’s body. With state-of-the-art CAD software, extensive engineering has been used to provide a look that flows with the JK and still offers the protection needed to allow the 4500+ lb. vehicle to push over rocks and obstacles.

The Epic front bumper is designed with an integrated winch mount. The winch can either be used as a hidden mount (with remote solenoid) or as a top mount with integrated/attached solenoid. The bumper features recessed mounting, allow-ing taller winches to take up less grill space to allow increased radiator air flow for ultimate cooling. This bumper will fit all major winch models with standard bolt pat-tern - including the larger ‘Powerplant’ winches. In addition the bumper allows for a bolt-on roller or hawse fairlead, and integrated D-ring mounts aid with recovery equipment. Extensive engineering also allows the use of the factory fog lights to retain factory styling and technology.

Usually mud flaps are a nuisance and can not be easily removed for off road use, but this heavy duty mud flap kit is easily installed, and when it’s time for off road use they are easily removed by pulling a pin. They can be stored in the back of the vehicle, and installed before returning to the highway.

The mud flaps will fit most vehicles. Some drilling is required.

TeraFlex heavy duty differential covers are designed to offer extreme protection from rocks, obstacles and other debris on the trail. The cover is cast from the same high-strength ductile-iron as our HD axle housings. The cover is over 3/8” thick to ensure protection.

The third-row seat bracket kit allows JK Unlimited users to add a third row seat for increased passenger capacity. Simply use the rear seat from 2 door JK with seat belts (not included), bolt in the bracket kit, and you are on your way. The bracket kit is a simple bolt-in installation. It retains the factory fold-and-tumble features.

Coilover Builder Kit

The TeraFlex PRO LCG suspension system is designed for the aggressive off road enthusiast that wants the best suspension performance for both rock crawling and high speed performance. The PRO system allows the vehicle to tackle the toughest rock crawling trails of Moab, and speed on the dunes at Glamis with balanced suspension movement. The PRO system is the best Dual-Sport system allowing complete suspension movement, with controlled handling at highway speeds.

The PRO system uses the TJ traditional front five-link suspension configuration, but expands the performance. Our front upper arms are over 9” longer than stock arms and will withstand the abuse and stress that are common with extreme trail vehicles. The rear suspension is a 4-link triangulation, where the upper factory short arms are replaced by much longer triangulated upper arms with a top mounted truss at the axle, eliminating the need for a rear trackbar. The rear upper bracketry feature adjustable anti-squat tunability, to fine tune suspension. The PRO LCG system is designed as a complete kit with all necessary componentry including lower long arms, front long upper arms & bracketry, rear 4-link long upper arms & bracketry, hardware and shocks. This complete kit will fit all TJ Wranglers including the Rubicon and Unlimited with OEM axles (Dana 30, 35, 44 and Rubicon 44s).
