Campaign Manager - AHM Rate Change
I was contracted by Medibank to project manage the 2015 Rate Change campaign for AHM. As the contact point between a new mail house, internal stakeholders, Fulfilment, IT and the Digital design team, this role required extensive stakeholder engagement. It also involved the development of the Business Requirement Documentation and business rules used to program dynamic
communication for each of AHM's 500,000 members.
Content Strategist - Medibank Delphi Project
With the successful completion of this project I was then involved in Medibank's transition from legacy databases to an integrated SAP system to manage all communications with its 3 Million members.
