It is now one of the largest independent real estate consultants in the UK, offering development consultancy and brokerage, advisory and professional services in all aspects of property and land.

Property Wealth Management provides a single point of contact and comprehensive private-client property service, which utilises the breadth of Strutt & Parker’s expertise across the full range of disciplines and sectors within the UK property market.
We are an entirely client-focused team, and we aim to become a trusted advisor.
Property Wealth Management tailors the service it provides to individual client requirements, advising on all aspects of acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential property interests on behalf of high-net-worth private and corporate clients. It also provides professional and consultancy services to suit each client’s needs.
We seek to identify and prioritise investor needs through greater understanding of our clients’ investment criteria, taking into account, for example, return requirements, attitudes to risk and investment time horizon.
We work with our sector specialists to employ their market-based expertise to ensure each client’s requirements are met. We cover all aspects of transaction-related and consultancy advice, including private, onshore and offshore corporate transactions, portfolio management and the establishing of joint venture and Shariah-compliant structures.

Commercial
Strutt & Parker provides comprehensive sales and lettings services across an extensive selection of quality residential property, from high-value Central London homes to country houses and residential and agricultural estates throughout England and Scotland. Whatever type of property you are selling or letting, you will benefit from the expertise and inside knowledge of our local teams. Our entire focus is on getting the best result for our client and ensuring the process runs smoothly along the way, and we are proud of our clients’ satisfaction rate for the delivery of our services.
Private Property Search, an independent subsidiary of Strutt & Parker, is a dedicated, tailored service acting solely for buyers, with all aspects of the search and purchase of property managed on clients’ behalf. We also provide advisory and management services for the letting of new or existing properties.
Our Estates & Farm Agency Department handles the sale and purchase of approximately 100,000 acres of farmland, residential and commercial farms, and sporting estates throughout the UK every year.
Twenty dedicated agents, located from Banchory and Inverness in the north of Scotland to Exeter in the South West and Canterbury in the South East, employ national expertise and detailed local knowledge to advise clients seeking to sell or purchase a farm or estate. We are well placed to identify opportunities off the open market, securing sales and purchases privately, and assuring the best possible price.
Farms & Estates
Land Management
Strutt & Parker’s Land Management service encompasses two million acres of land, employs 150 experts and works with more than 450 clients on 600 estates across the UK. Our land agents, together with our Farming Department, cover all aspects of land and farm management, planning, development, building surveying, sporting, expert witness and accountancy. Our bespoke service means clients may rely on us for as much or as little assistance as they require, from complete management of a property to occasional consultancy.
Strutt & Parker’s specialists throughout the UK, and London in particular, advise clients on the development of residential, commercial and mixed-use property, including housing, offices, business parks, industrial, retail, leisure and hotels. We advise on innovative and quality development projects, acting for private and public landowners, developers, investors and owner-occupiers. We have secured excellent working relationships with local authorities throughout the UK and our expertise extends across the development spectrum, from identifying sites through to planning, scheme design, funding, tenant mix and lettings, asset management and the eventual sale of development sites and new homes.
We stay ahead of changes in the market, such as sustainable building design and increasing regulation on environmental issues, and pride ourselves on our innovative approach to development. Projects range from advising on site sales, refurbishments and solus development projects through to complex, phased mixed-use schemes.
Strutt & Parker has extensive experience in a diverse range of energy projects across the UK. We are fully engaged with the fast-developing areas of renewable energy, the energy efficiency of property and the management of resources.
