LANGUAGE

Within the Republic of Ireland, under the Constitution of Ireland, both languages: Irish and English have official status, with English being the national and first official language.

BACKSTAGE ACCESS/DRESSING ROOM ACCESS

Access to the backstage and/or dressing room areas shall be strictly limited to essential personnel only. Coaches and trainers who assist athletes in the dressing room area must be of the same sex as the athlete they are assisting.

JUDGES

All National Federations are reminded that their nominations of judges for the competition must be also included in the Final Entry Forms, failing which the individual will not be allowed to judge”. All IFBB/EBFF International Judges must be in possession of a valid Judging Card.

VISAS

The electrical supply in Ireland is 230 V, 50 Hz. Plug / socket of type G (three-pin plug). Most electrical items sold nowadays are dual voltage and dual frequency, which means they will work perfectly well with either US or European power supplies with just a plug adapter. Otherwise you will need power converter which steps down the voltage from 240V to 120V, allowing equipment to work 1-2 hours at a time (advisable) because they do not alter the frequency.
