What we do: We remove asbestos, lead, and hazardous waste from industrial, commercial, and residential buildings. As result of our success we have expanded into interior demolition. We currently hold Asbestos Contractor Licenses in the below listed states:

Ohio # AC1870 Michigan # C42754 Pennsylvania # C0885A “Lead-Safe Certified Firm” in the United States, Certification # NAT-67040-1

Metropolitian Housing Project:

Project Challenge: A large general contractor needed an asbestos abatement company to remove all of

the asbestos containing walls and ceilings from 16 multiunit apartment buildings while coordinating with multiple trades on a demanding schedule.

The Solution: Every successful project starts with a brilliant plan. We sat down with the other trades

and owners rep. and designed this project to maximize the schedule and still perform discreetly in a populated neighborhood. The end result is why we are proud of this project, No complaints! We were seen and not heard. This is the result we seek each time. Currently we are 75% complete with this project and we continue to perform better on each phase. We are never done improving.

Asbestos Abatement: Four Large Industrial Sites

The Project: Removal of asbestos from four

large manufacturing facilities in the Mahoning Valley.

The Challenge: Perform the abatement within

the time constraints of the client’s schedule in full compliance with the regulatory agencies and maintain an unblemished safety record. HEPA made the commitment and finished this project on time on budget.

Project Stats:

Large manufacturing company: Niles, Warren, & Youngstown, OH Project Description: Removal of asbestos

containing drywall, plaster, floor tile & mastic, vapor barrier, pipe, and boiler insulation.

Contract Values: $1,200,000.00 Ph: 440.933.6348, Mike Perry

When working in manufacturing facilities over 80 years old you have multiple renovation dates which means multiple layers of building

materials.

In one office there were five layers of flooring to remove in order to abate the asbestos containing layer. These challenges are overcome by assembling the best team and implementing the best plan of action. We joke in the office about “plan C” but in reality that is what it takes. We have to have back up plans for back up plans.

International Food Products Company: Facility Expansion and

site demolition

The Project: The client purchased two old

rundown foundries which had several

environmental issues. They did the right thing and hired us to perform remediation prior to demolition to allow for parking and facility expansion.

The Challenge: Remove all non hazardous and

hazardous waste so that demolition could be performed without migration of contaminants during record rainfall.

HEPA finished this project in four weeks and demolition was safely and environmentally performed making way for much needed space.

Project Stats:

International Food Products Company Project Description: Removal of asbestos

containing fireproofing, floor tile & mastic, PCB’s, transite, and 40 truckloads of non-haz waste.

Contract Values: $225,000.00 Ph: Aaron Thompson, 330.666.7878

Many of our projects combine several different disiplines: in this project there was a little of everything (asbestos, PCB’s, and non hazardous waste). We assembled the team and took this one head on. It is very rewarding working with great customers especially ones that do the right thing. This mess has been transformed into a pristine corporate campus that will employ future generations.
