Colorado Lottery Guideline

Game #706 - Special T Multiplier Bingo

1. Purpose and Statutory Authority

These Guidelines are adopted by the Colorado Lottery Commission pursuant to the authority provided by Part 2, Article 35, Title 24, C.R.S. 208 (1)(a) and (2), 208 (3)(b), 24-35-212 and 24-35-24-35-212.5, Rule 5 and under any instructions and directives as the Lottery Director may issue.

2. Definitions

In addition to the definitions provided by Rule 1 and Rule 5, Play Symbols, Prize Symbols, Legends, Identifiers, Play Symbol Captions, Prize Symbol Captions, and Retailer Validation Codes for Colorado Lottery Game Number 706 are set forth in Exhibits A through D.

3. Determination of Instant Prize Winners

An instant prize-winner for Colorado Lottery Game Number 706 shall be determined as follows: A. The holder of a ticket on which five (5) of the "Caller's Card" Play Symbols match five (5)

of the "Player's Card" Play Symbols in a complete horizontal, vertical or diagonal line (top left to bottom right or top right to bottom left) on "Card 1", "Card 2", or "Card 3 shall be entitled to the dollar amount of the "Line" prize shown in the pre-printed BINGO Prize Legend for that "Card".

B. The holder of a ticket on which four (4) of the "Caller's Card" Play Symbols match four (4) of the "Player's Card" Play Symbols and the fifth "Player's Card" Play Symbol is a " " Play Symbol in a complete horizontal, vertical or diagonal line (top left to bottom right or top right to bottom left) on "Card 1", "Card 2", or "Card 3 shall be entitled to triple (3X) the dollar amount of the "Line" prize shown in the pre-printed BINGO Prize Legend for that "Card".

C. The holder of a ticket on which all of the "Player's Card" Play Symbols in the four (4) corners on "Card 1", "Card 2", or "Card 3" match "Caller's Card" Play Symbols shall be entitled to the dollar amount of the "4 Corners" prize shown in the pre-printed BINGO Prize Legend for that "Card".

D. The holder of a ticket on which eight (8) of the "Player's Card" Play Symbols forming an "X" with the “ ” Play Symbol on "Card 1", "Card 2", or "Card 3" match the "Caller's Card" Play Symbols shall be entitled to the dollar amount of the "X" prize shown in the pre-printed BINGO Prize Legend for that "Card".

E. The holder of a ticket on which five (5) of the "Caller's Card" Play Symbols match five (5) of the "Player's Card" Play in the “T” pattern on any one Card shall be entitled to the Prize Amount with corresponding caption displayed in the “T Box.

F. The holder of a ticket on which twenty-four (24) of the "Player's Card" Play Symbols on "Card 1", "Card 2", or "Card 3" match all twenty-four (24) of the "Caller's Card" Play Symbols along with the “ ” Play symbol, or twenty-three (23) of the "Player's Card" Play Symbols on "Card 1", "Card 2", or "Card 3" match all twenty-three (23) of the

"Caller's Card" Play Symbols along with the “ ” Play symbol and a " " Play symbol shall be entitled to the dollar amount of the "Blackout" prize shown in the pre-printed BINGO Prize Legend for that "Card". The “Blackout” prize is will not be multiplied for three times (3x) the prize value.

H. The holder of a ticket on which the Play Symbols on the “Special Card” match the "Caller's Card" Play Symbols in any one horizontal, vertical or diagonal line (top left to bottom right or top right to bottom left) shall be entitled to the dollar amount indicated by the corresponding "Prize Arrow" shown along the border for the "Special Card".

I. Play Symbols on the “Special Card” and the “Player’s Cards” may not be interchanged to determine a winning combination.

J. Players may win one (1) time on each of the three (3) "Player's Card" and two (2) times on the “Special Card” for up to five (5) wins total on a ticket in Colorado Lottery Game Number 706.

L. Only the highest prize paid per Card.

M. In all events, the determination of prize winners shall be subject to the general ticket validation requirements set forth in Paragraph 5.8 of Rule 5, Section 8 of these guidelines and the requirements set out on the back of each instant ticket.

4. Claim Period and Payment of Prizes

A. All instant cash prizes must be claimed within 180 days after the announced end of the game.

B. The holder of any $3, $5, $6, $8, $9, $10, $15, $20, $30, $50, $100, or $150 prize-winning ticket may take it to any Lottery retailer location, mail it to Lottery Headquarters as provided on the ticket back or deliver the ticket to any Lottery Claims Center for validation and subsequent payment. The holder of any $500 prize-winning ticket may mail it to Lottery Headquarters or deliver the ticket to any Lottery Claims Center for validation and subsequent payment. Lottery retailers, at their option, may accept any $500 prize-winning ticket for validation and payment.

C. The holder of a $1,000, $4,000 or $40,000 prize-winning ticket shall fill out a claim form and send the completed form and the ticket to the Lottery for validation and payment pursuant to instructions on the back of the ticket or deliver the ticket to any Lottery Claims Center for validation and subsequent payment.

D. Any cash prize from a winning ticket or any eligible non-cash-winning ticket that is not claimed within the period specified in Section 4.A and in the manner specified on the back of each ticket shall remain the property of the Lottery.

5. Price of Tickets

The purchase price of each ticket for Colorado Lottery Game Number 706 shall be $3.00. However, a licensed retailer may be permitted, upon prior approval of the Director, to make gifts of tickets as a means of promoting the sale of goods or services to the public.

6. Numbers and Sizes of Prizes

The numbers (plus five percent based on pool lever or minus two percent based on game level [+5% pool or -2% game]) and sizes of instant prizes are as set forth in Exhibit B attached to this Guideline. Overall odds of winning include break-even prizes.

The winning of any Instant cash prizes in the amounts shown in Exhibit B results from ticket purchases by the public; removal by the ticket holder of the rub-off area; and the ticket containing a winning combination of play symbols with corresponding captions as described in Section 3. In addition, to be a valid instant cash winning ticket all of the requirements of Paragraph 5.17 of Rule 5 and Section 8 of this guideline must be satisfied.

8. Ticket Validation Requirements

To be a valid instant winning ticket:

A. The ticket must meet all of the requirements in these Guidelines B. Paragraph 5.8 of Rule 5

C. The requirements printed on the back of each ticket

D. The number and placement of Play Symbols and Prize Symbols on the ticket must conform precisely to those in Exhibit A.

E. The Play Symbols, Prize Symbols, Play Symbol Captions, Prize Symbol Captions, Captions, Legends, Identifiers must be present in their entirety and must conform to those in Exhibit C.

F. The Retailer Validation Codes must be present in their entirety and must conform to those in Exhibit D.

9. Play Symbols, Prize Symbols, Legends, Identifiers, Play Symbol Captions, Prize Symbol Captions Retailer Validation Codes

Claim winners up to and including $150 at any Lottery retailer; winners up to and including $599 may be claimed at participating retailers or mail signed ticket with your name and address to Colorado Lottery, P.O. Box 7, Pueblo, CO 81002-0007 for payment. Retailers have the option of paying up to $599. Claim prizes of more than $599 by mailing signed ticket and filled out claim form obtainable at Lottery retailers to P.O. Box 7, Pueblo, CO 81002-0007 or claim at a Lottery Office. Tickets must be received at the Lottery within 180 days of announced end of game. Ticket purchasers must be at least 18 years old. All cash prizes not claimed within 180 days after end of game are

forfeited. All tickets, transactions and winners are subject to Lottery Rules and State Law. Tickets are void and not entitled to prize payment if they fail to meet requirements of game rules or are irregular in any manner. Liability for a void ticket is limited to replacement of ticket or refund of retail sales price. Availability of prizes subject to prior sale.

Don’t Forget to Play How To Play

1) Scratch the Caller’s Card to reveal 27 Bingo Numbers

2) Scratch the corresponding numbers on each of three PLAYER’S CARDS and the SPECIAL CARD.

3) If on any one of the three PLAYER’S CARDS you match all numbers in a complete horizontal, vertical or diagonal line; or four corners; or as “X” (includes eight numbers + “FREE”), you win prize in the prize legend corresponding to that card.

4) Match all five numbers in the “T” pattern on any one Card and win prize shown in the T BOX.

5) The ‘ ” symbol is a FREE spot. If it completes a winning line pattern, win TRIPLE the line Prize for that Card.
