ABSTRACT
As the quality of living in the community has heightened, most of the household have at least one automobile. Maintenance of automobile is one of the big criterions for its life span. Without exception each automobile producer equip means such as L wrench & jack, but still using these equipments demand an expert. This complication arises due to implementing the correct torque to pull out the lug nuts. Maximum times the automobilist depends upon the tow truck or nearby technician to fix the issue. This repeatedly is in the case of elderly or female drivers, so it is necessary to have equipment that should be convenient in use, effortless maintenance, easy at hand, simple in operation and capable of removing all lug nuts at once. The design of this equipment is based on pitch circle diameter (PCD) in the range of 100mm to 115mm and removal of4 number of lug nuts in one stroke for greater automobiles present.

1. INTRODUCTION
In our world, the technology has made the huge development in the human life and that made every one easy by completing their task. The list of invention which are brought by the technology is ample. The transportation is one of the essential facilities which made people easy in reaching their travel destination unlike the traditional days. When you look at the past, you could understand that how they had to struggle to reach their destination. But, now, the entire transportation facility has evolved because we no longer need to struggle to reach out the place where we want to go. In fact, the automobile facility has enlarged in different forms such as airways, waterways, roadways, railways etc. We are actually blessed people to have such incredible transportation facilities. The benefits which provide by the automobiles are enormous and that also play the vital role in the education department by enhancing the career opportunity to people.

waste and high force needed, a tool has been designed to remove four tire nuts in one time with force used decrement. Here is the solution to the problem mentioned above by Multi lug nut remover. It is a special tool designed for opening a wheel with ease. It is designed so that it can open all the four nuts of a car wheel in one time. And the most desired achievement is that, the total effort and time needed in the process is very less. It can open and also refit the wheel with the same tool easily. Tool is simple in design, easy to use and easily portable along with the vehicle. The tool used to remove the wheel nuts should be designed for ergonomic, easy to handle and requires small space for storage. The tool is also function as wheel nuts tightened. Nonetheless, it is difficult for women and the elderly drivers due to high required torque to remove the wheel nuts. In addition, if the nuts are successfully removed, the problem to retighten the nuts will follow. If the required torque is not applied in tightening the nuts, the nuts will lose, and this will jeopardize the driver’s safety. Impact wrench used to remove wheel nuts is also consuming time in automotive maintenance industry. For these reasons, to avoid time wasting and a lot of power used to change the tyre, a special tool is designed and fabricated to allow driver or mechanic to remove four wheel nuts at once with little power usage.
2. LITRATURE REVIEW
Automobile manufacturers specify an appropriate tightening balance, a torque value expressed in foot-pounds, for every fastener on the vehicle. Torque is a rotational force applied around a point or, in this case, a nut. Put a 1-foot-long wrench on a nut and apply 10 pounds of force to the opposite end. User is now twisting that nut with 10 ft-lb.

3. METHODOLOGY
Starting from the base plate, there are guiding slots for links. The PCD can be adjusted with the help of links. The diameter of the model can be varied by having the PCD in the range of 100-115mm. The shafts are in contact with the links and bearings are placed over them on one end. The other end is connected with the sprockets which are of the diameter 40mm. The sprockets are linked with the chain. The front plate is then used to cover the entire assembly. The sockets are over the sprockets. An idler sprocket is provided due to which the chain can be tightened. The idler sprocket moves in the ratio of 4:1 i.e. when the idler sprocket moves four times the other sprockets move one time. With this arrangement the sockets can be connected to the lug nuts of the tyre. With the help of motor equipped the lug nuts can be easily removed. A handle has been provided to hold the device in convenient position.

software’s such as Solidworks and ANSYS. The CAD model of the device is shown in Fig.Ⅰ.

5. CONCLUSION
In study multi lug nut remover with pitch circle diameter (PCD) in the range of 100mm – 115mm has been successfully proposed. Designed using SOLIDWORKS 2016 and selecting C-45 as the material for each component, design calculations were performed. The standard FOS has been considered while designing the Multi lug nut remover. For validation finite element simulation will be performed for better optimised results. In near future, development and upgradation of MLNR tool, light and tough material is expected to be available and implemented.
