Escalante’s is one of our oldest clients and when they started looking into developing an online solution to help support their delivery services they turned to Digital Function. Working with their team through a detailed discovery process we were able to deliver a full-ecommerce online delivery solution that adapts to their existing in- house processes with workflow so each store manager can manage and process their location’s specific deliveries.
Along with the delivery solution, we updated their existing website with a new UI design and built in workflow to manage multiple locations with tools so they can manage their menus at each of their different locations. Plus, we implemented a mobile optimized environment so their customers can find their locations or look at their menu while on the go.

Minor Design brought on Digital Function to help implement a mapping solution for one their clients, the Houston Bayou Greenways. We worked with them to develop and create a unique mapping experience that would allow users to explore the Houston Bayous and all their activities and amenities. With custom tools we developed utilizing the Kalibrate framework, they are able to import points/polylines using KML files that pinpoint the path of each bayou where they can easily add in points, using x-y coordinates, for amenities such as paddling, restrooms, art installations, points to highlight plans for future projects, show paths of existing trails, and bike trails. This experience allows users to quickly locate activities of interest along the bayous and provides these locations on the map using the Google Maps API.
