3. Booking Management

(A) Ship Window

• Ship window is not applicable. All bookings are to be authorized by Peavey in EBK system

(B) Booking Timeline

 Vendors need to submit booking at least 14 days prior to the “Cargo Ready Date” in EBK system.

(C) Booking Exception

• It is NOT allowed shipper to ship same PO twice.

• Please instruct shipper to contact PVM to get the proper instruction for 2^nd lot shipment

(D) Routing for FCL Shipments

• Single Location: 400 (London)

o OMLB routing destined for Toronto via Vancouver (West coast)

• Single Location: 999 (Red Deer)

o OMLB destined for Calgary via Vancouver (West coast)

• Mixed Location: 400 (London) & 999 (Red Deer) o Destined for Vancouver (West coast)

4. Documentation

• The Canada Customs Declaration Document Set must be collected by the local CRSA agent within 4 working days after the departure of the vessel.

The standard Canada Customs Clearance Document Set will include:

o Forwarder Cargo Receipt (FCR) o Commercial Invoice for each location o Packing List

o Canada Customs Invoice (if applicable)

o Form A or Certificate of Origin / Exporter Statement (if applicable) o Local Charge Invoice

It is required that the following points on the Declaration Document are verified against the FCRs:

o PO/Item Number

o Number of Carton and Pieces o Commodity Description

Then, send an email with the document set attached to PVM :

• All Customs documents are collected including the final FCR with local charge, origins should submit the documents to:
