Back to Back ordering uses customer sales orders processed in Sybiz Vision to create supplier purchase orders. This is triggered for customers that have the Back to Back option set to Yes on the customer file. You cannot create an order for a sales order that already has a purchase order.

Calls Manager

Allows for time billing of in-office work, telephone calls etc. When interfaced to a switchboard, imports CallerID, time and duration to the Calls manager. Code Breaker provides users with the ability to alter AR, AP and GL account codes even though transactions exist on accounts. It includes full drill down to transaction history where posted data such as, project codes, references, invoice numbers and descriptions can be edited. Code Breaker Consolidation Pack

Credit Hold Utility

This utility checks customers for outstanding balances, puts them on credit hold if they have a balance over a certain figure, and checks for invoices older than a certain number of days. The utility can be accessed via the Utilities menu in Sybiz Vision, a shortcut on the desktop, or the Microsoft task scheduler.
