The Malbec, Cuvelier Los Andes 2010 (N719b) is the classic big-framed, firm, fruity, fresh malbec for steak off the wood grill.• • •
Carménère is most successful with grilled meats like lamb, venison and buffalo. The fresh blue & black fruit, grilled herb character and natural freshness balance the intensity of flavor in these dishes. Terrunyo is the benchmark producer of Carménère in Chile.
