Setting Up Keytones
The simplicity of MarkeTel’s patented keytone entry system requires a simple configuration screen. Just click the keytone to configure and a window with keytone options appears.
Once completed, agent instruction sheets can be printed out for your agents. It’s that easy!

With single click options like Real-Time Print, you can have the entire contact record printed directly to your system printer as agents press the keytone on their phone
You can also export results as the agent presses the key to a separate phonebook for you to call back on a different campaign, or to keep track of your customers. With no restrictions, uses are only limited by the creativity of the manager!

The Skiplist Editor allows you to manually enter numbers into your DO NOT CALL List, or confirm that the number is already present.
