Phase 2 – Comparative Site Study to product diagrammatic drawings of a renovated and expanded hospital at existing site or a replacement facility on a new site. Phase 3 – Design Concept Development to develop conceptuals drawings for one of the options in Phase 2 for probable cost options, production of an artist rendering and for

promotional efforts for the hospital.
