2. LINCOLN COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT FINANCE CORPORATION BUSINESS

a. Approve the resolution of the Lincoln County Board of Education to enter a Contract Lease and Rent with the Lincoln County School District Finance Corporation, approving a Participation Agreement with the School Facilities Construction Commission, and approving all other documents in connection with the proposed refunding of the Corporation’s 2010 Build America Bonds – M. Abel

b. Adjourn the regular meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Education

c. Call the Lincoln County School District Finance Corporation to order for a special called meeting – T. Blankenship

d. Approve the resolution of the Lincoln County School District Finance

Corporation to authorizing a bond sale on March 2, 2015, approving a bond resolution and approving all other documents in connection with the 2010 Build America Bonds (BAB’s) issue in order to achieve debt service savings.

2. Grant permission for the Lincoln County Middle School boys basketball team to stay overnight in Lexington on Feb. 13th and Feb. 14th when they play in the

middle school state tournament – D. Sims

3. Grant permission for the Lincoln County Area Technical Center to take 14 students to participate in Ky State HOSA Leadership Conference in Louisville, KY on March 12 through March 14, 2015 – A. Tracy/D. Moore

e. Staff Trips

1. Grant permission for Scott Montgomery to attend the National COABE Conference in Denver, CO from April 22-24, 2015, with funding provided in full by the Work Force Investment Youth Council Grant and fulfill the grant requirement for staff development – S. Montgomery

2. Grant permission for Linda Smith to attend the National Migrant Conference in Seattle, WA on March 22-25th, 2015 with all expenses paid for by the

Lincoln County Migrant Program and fulfill the grant requirements for attendance at the national conference – E. Stone

f. Donations

1. Accept a $500 donation from Fort Logan Hospital with $200 going to middle school athletics and $300 going to high school athletics – M. Abel

2. Accept a $350 donation from Lincoln County Farm Bureau Federation and local agents as a sponsor for the 2015 County Spelling Bee – K. Mitchell

1. Grant permission for Lincoln County Middle School to apply for the KY NEED Organization science grant – D. Sims/C. Elmore

2. Grant permission for the Lincoln County Migrant Program to apply for a Wal-Mart grant for $750 to support snack/food cost for the Migrant Summer School Program – B. England/E. Stone

3. Grant permission for Lincoln County to apply for two additional 21st Century
