Yorktown Elementary School

Home of the Wildcats

As we close out the first quarter and prepare for another quarter of distance

learning, it is difficult not to feel discouraged by the realization that we are still

months away from being able to see our students and families in person. However,

I received the most wonderful surprise this morning that truly lifted my spirits. I

cannot express how full my heart is after viewing all of the Principal Appreciation

Month videos created by Yorktown Wildcats, families, and staff!

💛

Seeing your

faces and hearing the special messages filled my heart with absolute joy and

gratitude for the privilege of serving as Principal of our amazing school!
