Dr. Jan Roy| Program Director | Hospitality Management Dr. Jan Roy is at the helm of our hospitality management program. With more than 25 years of experience, she has held senior positions at the Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau, McCormick Place, Navy Pier, Hotel Sofitel Chicago, and Sheraton International at O’Hare. Active in her professional community, she speaks regularly at national hospitality conferences on trends and growth strategies in the market.

Dr. Roy understands the value of service to her field and passes this along to her students. To help, she has recruited top leaders within hospitality and tourism to teach the curriculum.
