S-Power Automation systems are designed to increase guest comfort and decrease the hotel’s energy consumption to a minimum.
S-Power Automation systems are electrical control units that can be integrated to custom scenarios. Two types of sensors; a motion sensor (PIR), and a thermal
sensor. This system does not have a card reader unit, instead, these sensors replace the role of a card reader unit.
Saves up to 30% to 35% energy.

S-Sign Room Information Systems (Do Not Disturb), is a system to ensure comfort of hotel guests. By the helps of the outer units, guests can send visual messages to the exterior (mainly to
housekeeping). These messages include, do not disturb (DND), and make up room.
By using these messages guests can inform housekeeping whether or not they have permission to enter the room for cleaning.
