Directed combined choirs and instruments at the Grand Opening Concert for the Fowler Center, January 2001.

Organized Choral Invitational, bringing over 200 high school students to campus for rehearsals, lessons, question-answer time with music majors and faculty, 1998. Participated in planning and spoke at dedication of Donald R. Minx Rehearsal Hall, 1998.

Organized and conducted choral concert in memory of Al and Patty Skoog, 1998. Commissioned work by Julie Gardner Bray was published in 1999.
