Warranty and Service Level Agreement
Our warranty protects the user against non-conformities or malfunctioning detected on the product within 2 years from its purchase or Commissioning Date. As soon as the user / buyer notices a product non-conformity or malfunction, he should inform us without delay, by means of Call, email or SMS our dedicated Maintenance Team will respond to you as soon as possible to solve the issue. If the Company has Service Level Agreement with us, that Companies Can benefit additional facilities like free Hotline Support, Parts Free of Cost, Resident Engineer Support etc. by the level of SLA they are agreeing with us.

Automatic Number Plate Recognition – ANPR (LPR) Systems
We are using latest technology for Vehicle Access to Office premises or Parking Lots by Automatic Number Plate Recognition system. It commonly known as License Plate Recognition System (LPR) also It avoid the delay in showing the proximity cards in the gate sensor, instead of that eliminated technology, when a vehicle approaches the gate, the cameras in the gate will automatically detects the car number plate and if it is permitted vehicle, it opens the gate barrier automatically.
Access Control Systems
Access Control system and Time Attendance Systems from SEECAM are wide range and very popular and it includes biometric (finger/face detection) protection for your home/office or your premises. You can add 4 layer protection (Password/Finger print/Face Detection/Proximity Card) for your Assets using SEECAM Access Control.
