During processing, Hammerer Aluminium industries offers cus-tomers a great advantage by providing precise craftsmanship for all products. our competences not only include sawing, dril-ling, mildril-ling, bending, punching and cleaning but also welding aluminium. Here, standard welding techniques such as tiG and MiG as well as innovations such as CMt and FsW are used. items as large as 20 x 4 x 1.6 metres can be handled during the finishing stages. Furthermore, we are able to manufacture com-ponents in their entirety. thanks to our investments in proces-sing, we were able to create a continuous manufacturing chain, from casting to refining. CAstinG
HAi has two of the most advanced and flexible foundries in Europe. in ranshofen, Austria and santana, romania 160,000 tons of wrought alloys in the form of billets and slabs as well as cast alloys as ingots are produced annually. Modern twin-chamber melting furnaces, one dry hearth-type furnace with an electromagnetic stirrer and a tiltable rotary furnace offer excel-lent technological opportunities.
We cast all diameters without exception, using Wagstaff Airslip technology. Where necessary, a 100% ultrasonic inspection can be performed with a 9-head helical ultrasonic testing plant. strategic concepts, supply- and quality assurance accompa-ny our casting processes, including the recycling of aluminum scrap, sampling and processing of the scrap, melting, casting and homogenization as well as a 100% ultrasonic inspection.
