Royal Canadian Mint – Vancouver Olympics 2010 with continuous programing still occurring.
Various positions included the distribution of brochures/flyers and information pertaining to the Royal Canadian Mint, promoting the purchasing of Mint products, running the children’s workshop, touring patrons through the exhibit, and encouraging the participation of activities (ie. photos and video games offered within Pavilion)
ACTION
Recruited, hired, and trained a team of 50 tri-lingual English-French-Cantonese staff members to engage with Pavilion patrons
RESULTS
Performance of team was well-received by the Client, whereby 10 representatives were hired to continue work with the Royal Canadian Mint during the 2010 Paralympics from March 12th – 21st
Continuing work with the Royal Canadian Mint since Fall of 2010, Reef Moxie has provided multi-lingual and sales experienced staff for their temporary Montreal retail store, as well as their Vancouver retail store, which is currently still operating

EVENT DETAILS
WKD Original Vodka is a ready-to-drink (RTD) alcopop heavily marketed in the UK. To support its Canadian launch, WKD looked to an experiential agency to create a multi-faceted marketing effort driving awareness, buzz, and purchase intent among young twenty-somethings.
ACTION
Reef Moxie designed a WKD Summer Series involving in-bar samplings, street activations, promotional pieces, and event partnerships, reaching the target demographic where they lived, worked, and played. Reef Moxie’s involvement included:
• Negotiating sponsorships with large-scale events and music festivals • Managing the relationship between WKD and event producers
• Production elements, including setup, tear down, and operation of a 20×20 promotional area, promotional pieces around festival sites, and a WKD branded bull ride
• Designing WKD branded bicycles to distribute branded items and product samples
• Managing a team of 20 WKD brand ambassadors to staff samplings at bars, clubs, and events
Once brand awareness and buzz were created, a wholly owned “WKD Beach Party” was held at Toronto’s Sugar Beach. Reef Moxie’s involvement included:
• Sourcing of event location and top-tier DJ talent
• All aspects of event design and production management
• Managing teams distributing samples and branded items and operating a WKD branded bull ride
