Major Challenges faced by M/s Limousina:
Limousina offers services from multiple countries from multiple offices, also they are offering captive service locations for corporate client companies, other than the individual users. Limousina needed centralized software for Travel management.
• Order Management:
Limousina manages to run around 500 fleets every day and taking care of more than 1000 trips per day. Handling this volume of service was manually a herculean task. Tracking, Bookings, managing availability of vehicles and drivers, & optimum utilization of resource etc was their major concern.
• Business Control:
There was no visibility for the Middle Management and Top Management transnational business data in real time.
• Cost Control:
There were a lot of challenges in cost control in system.
• Maintenance of Vehicles:
Lots of vehicles are provided with Billing, Collections and Credit Control
• Information Security:
There is no method for information security.

• INI Technologies suggested the solution to implement the iBusiness Suite ERP Application as a Core Application to manage the complete worldwide locations of M/s Limounsina. We have implemented the solution as two modules in an

Web access for customers and external users separate software module to give better user experience for end-users .Both the ERP and Web Access are internally talks to each other using web service. It give better security for the Back office ERP, but works as single software implementation
• Mobile Apps:
Mobile apps are provided for the end customer and back office users to enable the business easily.
Implemented a trip management ERP software with web Access, Customers can register through online and also provide HR, finance ,inventory module so that will help you for managing the human resource in the organization. Inventory management should be able to hastily respond to customer requirement.
Provide a report generating facility. Finance Module: get finance data from various functional departments and also create valuable fiancé reports like balance sheet.

• Online Booking Tool (OBT):
Basically limousine has two types of customers like corporate clients (mainly credit customers) and Individual clients. Both of them have the facility to submit the trip request with defined parameters. Also provided with a separate login and can check the
status of the trip requests.
ERP provides the provision to allocate the vehicles / drivers against each of the trip requests and their related activities / MIS report. This system works smoothly in production environment
• Finance Module:
Receivables / Payables related to trip requests are managed by Finance Team. We have provided the integrated accounting system for Limousina with relate to OBT / Fleet Management etc. Finance module provides option to generate invoices against their corporate clients, cash / credit account transactions, other voucher entries, credit memo/ purchase order generations, Finance reports etc.
• Stores & Purchase Module:
The basic version of Stores and Purchase module is given to Limousina to manage their in-house inventory and purchase system. The full work flow relate to stores and purchase such as purchase indent, purchase order, goods received note , purchase invoice, purchase return, inspection of items, rejection entries, stock obsolete , stock opening balance, other MIS reports etc..
• Fleet Management:
Fleet management provides the complete management of all the vehicles owned by them. Vehicle entry, its parameters such as insurance details, maintenance details etc, can be entered in this system. Vehicle purchase details, transferred from one location to other, vehicle sales, maintenance transactions etc, can be tracked through this module. This module will help them to control their operating cost and by providing efficient management.
• Mobile Application:
We are developing a mobile application which is working under cross platform technology, i.e., compatible in Android, Windows and IOS platforms. This mobile application is useful for submitting trip requests via mobile and to know the request status, allocation etc. Review / Rating of trip option is also providing in mobile
application. Corporate clients can login by their login credentials/ individuals can register directly through mobile app.
