UST Mamiya implemented the MAP (Minimum

Advertised Pricing) policy in January 2003. MAP

includes any and all published, printed, electronic,

or mailed advertisements or price lists. The policy

is necessary to protect the valuable, high quality

brand image of UST Mamiya products. We trust that

you understand the significance of protecting the

UST Mamiya brand and appreciate your cooperation

in following the MAP policy. If you are considering

an ad campaign featuring UST Mamiya shafts, and

have any questions relating to MAP, please call us to

clarify

before

running the ad or listing the sale.

To further clarify our intent and position regarding

the policy, UST Mamiya has a “3 strikes” enforcement

system for customers found violating the MAP

policy. It shall be in UST Mamiya’s sole judgment

that a violation has occurred and violating

customers are notified as follows:

First Infraction

- Written notification by Certified

Mail to the violating party that shipment of those

models advertised below MAP will be discontinued

for a period of 30 days from the date of the notice.

Second Infraction

- Written notification by Certified

Mail to the violating party that shipment of those

models advertised below MAP will be discontinued

for a period of 90 days from the date of the notice.

Third Infraction

- Final written notification by

Certified Mail to the violating party that sales of all

UST Mamiya products will be discontinued as of the

date of the notice and the customer will be removed

from our database.

Exception:

If the violating party does not violate the

MAP policy again for a period of 18 months after the

date of the notification of the 1st violation, a written

request may be submitted to UST Mamiya to have

the first strike removed, and the customer status is

cleaned.

• Tax I.D. required on all orders

• Texas residents subject to sales tax unless tax I.D.

is on file with UST Mamiya

RETURNS

• Please notify UST Mamiya of any discrepancy

within 10 days after receipt of your order

• Returns will not be accepted without a Return

Authorization number from UST Mamiya

• Returns of non-defective merchandise are

subject to a 15% restocking charge

WARRANTY

• Any defective products should be sent to UST

Mamiya for evaluation

• After approval by our Q&A department, it is our

policy to replace defective products instead of

issuing a credit
