How to Use the Discernment Deck

The Discernment Deck is intended to help wander-ers, seekwander-ers, and doers figure out (or “discern”)

what it is they’re called to do. The questions are divided into four areas: Self, Relationships, Choices, and Vocation.

Read them to yourself and then reflect on them either alone or with a group.

Service Programs that Change the World

The Center’s Service Programs that Change the World identifies and celebrates groups that recruit,

hire, and train individuals who want to make a difference in the world, including their own. Most of these service placements last a year, some long-er. These programs all share in common a commit-ment to community living, simplicity and

sustaina-bility, social justice, and spiritual exploration. For a complete list of Service Programs that Change the World
