Seniors may take ROP courses at Eden Area ROP. Classes are in the afternoon and take the place of periods 5, 6, and 7. Students earn 30 credits for the year for passing an ROP course. All ROP courses give vocational + elective credit. See your counselor if you have questions.

FAQs
Q: Does Creative Writing count as senior English? A: No, it is counts as elective credit.
Q: What is “On Your Own”?
A: A class that fulfills vocational (career tech) credit.
Q: If I plan to take a course over summer, do I need to sign up for it next year (such as Government)?
A: Yes. Until you show proof that you have passed the class you will be signed up to take the course here. We recommend students take all required classes at CVHS.
