Infinity MileageLands
Infinity MileageLands members can accumulate flight mileage
points not only for distances flown with EVA Air /UNI Air
international flight, but also flying on Star Alliance with over 25
Airline carriers. Green card membership is automatically raised to
Silver, Gold or Diamond as soon as flight mileage accumulation or the
sectors of trips reaches a certain threshold. The
Infinity MileageLands
offers a range of benefits and privileges of reservation procedures,
airport VIP service and facilities, extra baggage allowance, etc. on
flying with EVA Air/UNI Air and Star Alliance airline members.
Moreover, members can also enjoy accelerated mileage
accumulation from hotels, car rentals, credit card companies, etc,
and discounts at shopping, hotels and car rentals. Mileage could
be redeemed for award tickets, cabin upgrade award on EVA Air/
UNI Air and Star Alliance member carriers, hotel accommodation
reward voucher, flight simulator experience, or gifts.
EVA's website (www.evaair.com) provides the latest information of
Infinity MileageLands. When viewing EVA's website (www.evaair.com),
simply input your membership number and password, and enjoy
our convenient online service, such as: mileage records, mileage
credit, personal data update, e-mileage statements, nominee
registered, transfer/return miles or electronic upgrade certificate,
mileage redemptions, etc.. First time visitors will first need to apply
for their member's password, and will receive 1,000 bonus miles.

Card Tiers of
Infinity MileageLands
Any qualified EVA Air /UNI Air International flight mileage or sectors and any Star Alliance flight mileage could be credited
toward membership upgrades and renewals.

1. To accumulate mileage, please always make your reservation in your name exactly as it appears on your membership card and give your card number to our reservation agent when you make a reservation. 2. Or present your membership card at the airport counter upon check in to ensure that the mileage data is
properly credited to your account.
3. In order to receive your Mileage Statement and promotion information properly, please visit EVA's website www.evaair.com to make sure your personal data in FFP system is correct.

2. Star Alliance flight sectors cannot be credited toward membership upgrades and renewals. 3. After upgrading to Silver/Gold Card, any remaining mileage will be carried forward onto the
mileage needed for the next higher status for one year. If member upgrades a card tier by qualifying sectors, the remaining sectors could not be carried forward onto the sectors needed for the next higher status.
4. The new card will be effective from the next month. The validity is 2 years.
5. The mileage/sectors accumulated during the previous membership period will be deducted upon renewal. This means the mileage/sectors needed for renewal will be accumulated from the beginning.

1. VIP Lounge facilities are available to members during the hours of operation. EVA Air will arrange a substitution if space is not available in the VIP Lounge. Use of EVA's VIP Lounges is subject to local regulations at each airport.

Note 5： 4 Complimentary Electronic Upgrade Certificates: When you upgrade to Diamond Card status during the validity period for your Gold Card, 4 complimentary electronicupgrade certificates will automatically be deposited in your account. During your Diamond Card's validity period, you will also receive 4 complimentary electronic upgrade certificates for every 140,000 EVA Air/UNI Air international flight miles. Each certificate is valid for one year and can be used to upgrade to the next higher cabin class on one flight number that you have booked. The electronic upgrade certificates will be deposited to your account with verification numbers and can be transferred.
Note 6: Effective from December 01, 2015, during the validity period of your Diamond card, you will receive a US$100 EVA SKY SHOP pre-order E- coupon on birth month. The coupon is valid for one year and it can not be transferred. It will be deposited in your account with verification number. The E- coupon could be used on pre-order purchase from EVA SKY SHOP website before taking EVA AIR and UNI AIR international flight. The coupon is only for exact fare (no change given). For detailed information, please refer to EVA SKY SHOP website: https://mall.evaair.com
Note 7： Exclusive Discount at EVA SKY SHOP pre-order service: Diamond/ Gold Card Members are able to enjoy exclusive discounts at“Membership Benefit”for appointed products. The member who is interested in non-appointed products, the payment will be calculated optimistically.
Note 8：10% Discount at EVA/ UNI SKY SHOP: Diamond/Gold Card members are entitled to enjoy 10% discounts in the EVA/UNI SKY SHOP when they present their membership card (cigarettes and some brand items are excluded). This discount can not be used with any other discount.
Note 9： Extra Bonus Miles for Birth Month: By flying EVA Air during birth month, a Diamond Card member can earn an extra 100% in bonus miles; a Gold Card member can earn an extra 50% in bonus miles. The highest amount of miles earned on a one-way flight will automatically be selected for the extra miles and the bonus will be credited into the member' s account as a birthday gift. These bonus miles will be credited on the 10th day of the following month. When birthday bonus miles from EVA Co-brand Card are also applicable, the higher percentage will be credited.
Effective from September 01, 2015 (travel date), a Silver Card member can earn an extra 25% in bonus miles by flying EVA Air during birth month.
Note 10： Benefits on UNI Air's Domestic Flights: Present your Diamond/Gold Card when checking in at the UNI Air counter to enjoy the benefits when flying UNI Air domestic flights. 1. Receive a 10% discount off full-fare tickets on all UNI Air domestic flights at the airport ticket counter.
2. Waiting-list priority on fully booked flights.
(This benefit will be suspended during the Chinese Lunar New Year. Specific dates will be determined by the Civil Aeronautics Administration.) 3. Access to the UNI Air domestic VIP Lounge at Taipei Songshan Airport with one companion.
4. Extra 10KGS free baggage allowance. 5. Priority baggage loading and unloading.

3. The mileage record with cabin class upgrade is based on the purchased fare class and can be credited to the Infinity MileageLands membership account only. It is not applied to transfer mileage to other partner airlines.
4. For tickets with carrier code BR/B7 but flight operated: By non Star Alliance partner airlines: The mileage and fight sector cannot be earned. By Star Alliance partner airlines: sector cannot be earned. Mileage earning please refer to page 27, note 4.
5. Members can only earn mileage credits for the same flight in one program. It is not permitted to transfer mileage accumulated in Infinity Mileagelands to any other carrier's program; nor can members transfer mileage accumulated in another carrier's program to the Infinity Mileagelands program.
6. To ensure proper credit for cumulative mileage, please always make your reservation in your name exactly as it appears on your membership card. 7. Mileage accrual begins with your enrollment in the Infinity Mileagelands
Program and can be traced back to the last six months after enrollment. The system takes 3-5 days to complete recording the mileage in to your account. Please retain travel documentation, such as boarding pass and receipts from other partners for a minimum of six months, or until correct mileage has been credited.
8. Flight Miles: Mileage earned on EVA Air and UNI Air international flights and Star Alliance flights will be credited towards membership upgrades and renewals. 9. Bonus Miles: Bonus Miles earned through promotional offers and with other
partners cannot be credited toward membership upgrades and renewals. However, they can be redeemed only through the award program.
10. Mileage accumulation is based on the lower class of the actual ticket class and actual flown class.

Mileage Credit Correction
1. Mileage corrections can be made only within 6 months of the actual date flown or the actual date of mileage-earning
expenditures. Members must submit required documents, i.e, passenger ticket coupon and boarding pass, and receipts
from EVA Air travel partners, to
Infinity MileageLands service center for corrections of mileage discrepancies.
2. You can also accumulate EVA Air/UNI Air international flight or Star Alliance Carriers mileage by using Claim missing Miles
via EVA Air's website www.evaair.com.
3. The new updated account summary will be shown in your next mileage statement.
Note: EVA Air retains the right to determine the final mileage credit.Mileage Validity, Verification and Correction
You can easily manage your membership account via EVA Air's
website www.evaair.com to monitor your mileage credit
situation, and used situation. In order to ensure your mileage
data is properly credited to your account, please use the
membership card
's name(same as your passport) to reserve
your booking, and provide your membership card number to
the agent when booking flight, hotel and rental card.
Mileage Validity:
Mileage earned by traveling, or through partners, will
be retained for 36 months from travel date or from the
application date for transfer of mileage from partner' s
system. For example, miles credited for flight date JUN 15,
2014 will expire on JUN 31, 2017. The expired mileage will
be automatically cancelled without notice.
Mileage Credit Verification
1. Mileage Statement will show traveling details with
EVA Air and its partners during the current statement
period, along with total accumulated mileage, upgrade
certificate balance and mileage redemption history.
2. A member who has registered a valid e-mail address
in his/her member data will receive Electronic Mileage
Statement in the next month if the Infinity MileageLands
account has any traveling credits or mileage/electronic
upgrade certificate changes.
3. A member who has not registered an e-mail address in
his/her member data if the Infinity MileageLands account
has any traveling credits or mileage/electronic upgrade
certificate changes will receive Mileage Statement via
postal mail.
a. Monthly Mileage Statements will be sent via postal
mail to Gold and Diamond Card members.
b. Silver and Green Card members will receive Mileage
Statements via postal mail every six months in January
and July.
4. Once the above statements are mailed to the address
provided by the member, they are deemed delivered
after the normal mail delivery period.

Mileage usage and restrictions:
1.Limited to redeeming award tickets or seat upgrades on EVA Air/UNI Air international flights only.
2.The purchase miles used in the redemption cannot exceed half (50%) of the total mileage required for that redemption.
3.The purchase miles cannot be used in the qualification for membership renewals or upgrades, or used together with the
mileage transferred from others.
4.The purchase miles cannot be sold to others.
5.Mileage expiring first in your account will be deducted first when deducting the mileage.
Mileage price:
1,000 miles =US$40. Please purchase the mileage in multiples of 1,000 miles.
Methods of purchase and payment:
1.Members can only purchase miles through payment via the EVA Air website. Currently the payment can be made only in USD or TWD.
2.The payment can be made only with the member
's own credit card (currently, we accept only Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Diners cards). Handling charges of the card issuing institution or bank shall be borne by the member.
Members have to consult with their credit card issuing bank for any questions of handling charges.
3.When the payment is confirmed, a letter confirming the completion of mileage purchase will be mailed to the email
address members have specified.
4.Members can print the certificate of purchase miles on EVA Air official website once the purchase is completed.
Purchase quota and restrictions:
Mileage purchase can only be made when the remaining
“
earned mileage”is greater than the remaining
“purchased mileage” in the member's account. The
mileage to be purchased in each transaction shall not be
greater than the difference between the remaining “earned
mileage” and the remaining“purchased mileage” in
the member's account.
1.Based on the rule mentioned above, when the purchase
quota is more than 1,000 miles, the odd amount smaller
than 1,000 will be rounded down unconditionally. For
example: Based on the rule mentioned above (the
remaining “earned mileage” minus the remaining
“
purchased mileage”), the calculated difference
is 49,900 miles. Therefore, only 49,000 miles can
be purchased after 900 miles are rounded down
unconditionally.
2.Members cannot purchase mileage under the following
conditions: (1) The remaining “earned mileage” is zero in the
member's account; or (2) The remaining “earned mileage” is
equal to or less than the remaining “purchased mileage” in the
member's account.
3.One membership card number can purchase a maximum
of 100,000 miles during 12 successive months.
Specially agreed terms:
1.By making a mileage purchase, you acknowledge that you
have read the relevant provisions herein carefully and agree
to be bound by them. EVA Air may amend the rules from
time to time and announce it on the website. Transactions
completed before the amendment will not be affected.
2.EVA Air reserves the right to review and confirm the mileage
purchased by members according to the Rules. If any member
violates the Rules when purchasing mileage (including,
but not limited to, using another person's credit card when
making the payment for the purchase, or transferring/selling
the purchased mileage to others) or is involved in other illegal
conducts, EVA Air may cancel the transaction at any time, and
the member shall be responsible for the compensation of
EVA Air's loss caused by such violation.
3.In addition to the provisions of the Rules, the rules for
“
Earning/Using Mileage” of Infinity MileageLands also
apply for the purchased mileage. If any rules herein are
inconsistent with, or conflict with, the rules in the “Earning/
Using Mileage” of Infinity MileageLands, the terms herein
shall prevail.
4.These Rules are construed and applied in accordance with
the laws of the Republic of China. If any dispute arises,
Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the judicial court of
the first instance.

Guidelines for an Upgrade Award
Before requesting an upgrade award, you must issue an
eligible revenue class with--K,L,T(Elite),Y,B,M(Economy)
ticket and enough mileage/ electronic upgrade certificate
valid until departure date and earned by the same account
number. Requesting an upgrade award upon check-in at
airport is not applicable.
You may follow these steps to apply for an upgrade award:
Step 1： Make your reservations through an EVA Air

Business, U–Elite class.
Note： you can also make award upgrade reservations by logging into the Infinity MileageLands account online. It is only available to ticketed passengers with confirmed reservations made via the EVA Internet Booking System.

to you or Electronic Upgrade Certificate.
Step 3： The system will automatically deduct miles or an

10. Holding Y,B,M (Economy) tickets are eligible for an upgrade award to Royal Laurel/ Premium Laurel by deduct miles. Electronic Upgrade Certificate is limited to the next higher class.
11. If the ticket presented at the airport check-in counter does not comply with the rules for upgrade, the member must abide by the airport staff's recommendation. You will be most likely asked to purchase another ticket, pay the difference between the two tickets, or check-in according to the ticket class.

Guidelines for an Award Ticket：
1. All award reservations should be made through EVA
Air Reservation Office. While making the reservation,
members should hold valid and sufficient miles under
the same Infinity MileageLands membership account.
Award ticket should be issued before on board.
2. No matter seat has been confirmed or not, Award Tickets
should be issued while mileage is still valid before ticket
deadline.
3. Members or authorized designee may visit any EVA Air
office during office hours to redeem for an Award ticket.
(airport ticket counters are excluded)
4. By logging into the Infinity MileageLands account online,
you may make reservations and redeem Award Tickets.
Please note that the award reservation on the EVA Air's
website (www.evaair.com) only applies to the same
international gateway and a non-stopover round trip on
EVA Air/UNI Air international Flights.
5. Please state the booking code of the issued Award
Tickets that you are holding when you make or change
your itinerary.
