DRAFT MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF LARDER LAKE

HELD IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS ON Tuesday, February 23, 2016, 7:00 P.M.

1. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Mayor Cunnington.

2. Adoption of Current Agenda

That the agenda for the February 23, 2016 Council Meeting be adopted as presented.

3. Declaration of Pecuniary Interest

I, Mike Minor, declare a pecuniary interest regarding agenda item# 10.6 because our family owns a property in the old town-site.

4. Confirmation of Minutes of Last Meeting 4.1 Council Minutes – February 9, 2016

5. Committees and Delegations

5.1 Reverend Dolly Dikens is requesting to address council to introduce the newly established

Larder-McGarry Food Bank.

Reverend Dolly Dikens made a presentation to council explaining the formation of the new Larder-McGarry Food Bank. The presentation can be viewed as an appendix.

9.1 To pass By-Law No. 1571-16 to adopt the new ten year service agreement between Ontario

Clean Water Agency and the Township of Larder Lake.

by a judge of the Superior Court of Justice into the misconduct of a member of the Larder Lake municipal council.
