2.2. Fixed issues

1. Korean Translation of [Multi Page] in Scan Mode is wrong.

2. When the Reset button is pressed on the Select Original Size screen on eCopy ShareScan, the screen transfers to the Web Browser screen.

3. When the program is registered from [Scan/Fax program], the registered scan program becomes unable to be used.

4. Program registered in [Scan/Fax program] disappears when the specific operations are executed.

5. Frequently trouble code C-E301 occurs when scanning with eCopy ShareScan

6. The trouble code (C-E301) occurs after printing the file which contains emoji written in UTF-8 of 4 bytes by IWS application.

7. When using Separate Scan, the document feeder speed slows after first scan batch.

8. Black lines are printed when printing a scanned PDF with certain settings 9. Error page may be printed out when printing the specific file from IS-BOX.

10. When recovering from power save mode, the massage “Paper of matching size is not available.” is displayed for an instant.

11. Trouble code C-E304(0xE001) may occur when FTP print is performed from AS400.

12. E-301 occurs when External Memory Backup function is imported from IT5 to IT6.

19. Image may become blank when receiving a fax.

20. Users cannot log in by inserting and removing the card after the MFP returns from the Power Save mode if the card is inserted in CU-1 (Management Device 2) while the MFP is in the Power Save mode.

21. The trouble code C-E301(0xB0FD) may occur on the machine where the authentication using the card reader is configured and CS Remote Care is set.

22. Trouble code C-FA14 (detail code: 0x9020) that occurs when working with PaperCut 23. Arabic characters are not printed when printing from a specific application.

[Newly Supported contents]

1) To change the setting of "Forward TX Setting" for multiple fax lines easily.

[Purpose Summary]

When using multiple fax lines, enable/ disable setting for Forward TX Setting is necessary on each line. Once disable the function, the destination for forwarding will be deleted.

[Customization]

- You can enable/ disable Forward TX function for the fax lines 1 to 4 at once.

- Even if "Forward TX function" is changed to “OFF”,the forwarding destination value is not deleted but saved.

- To change the setting of "Forward TX Setting" for multiple fax lines DipSW No.239 (bit 3)

[Purpose Summary]

Configuration

No Authentication setting configured, and KIOSK mode application is installed in the MFP.

When MFP is in sleep mode, placing the card on the card reader does not wake up MFP.

The user fails to log in to the application.

[Customization]

This solution needs not only customization for FW but also customization for the IWS App.

The following customize was made on the firmware.

- Even if User Authentication is disabled, configure that the card detection function is available. Although MFP is in Sleep mode, the card detection function is enabled.

- When the user swipes the card, MFP wakes up and the card information is held in a newly created API.

Customization requirements for the App

- If the card information is available, the App gets it and starts User Login process.

- If there is no card information, the App waits for a card swipe as per default behavior.

- A function to enable card device use with IWS app even when Authentication is disabled.

[Conditions]

- This DipSW function is guaranteed when the following conditions are fulfilled.
