From UPS system, power is supplied to multiple Power Distribution Units (PDUs). Each rack in IDC gets power from two separate PDUs (on different power panels), so as to offer complete redundancy end-to-end, thus, enabling very high uptime of power with minimum downtime.

ITI’s Dedicated Hosting Service offers a highly secure, fully redundant, environmentally-conditioned hosting space for the optimum performance of the customer’s IT assets. The Service includes procurement, provisioning and maintenance of customer’s servers, equipment, data, and/ or content.

Our Network Operations Center (NOC) continuously monitors the health of all the components installed in the Data Center (includes customer equipment only if the monitoring service is explicitly subscribed by the customer) and traffic flowing through the network.
