Trained from a totally academic and clinically centred medical
school, Dr. M. A Obalola’s sojourn into real estate began with
listening to the woes of an hypertensive patient he once had who
would never get healed as a result of poor drug compliance caused
by failed real estate projects.
From fake land purchases to
news of building collapses, his
sources of finance largely
dwindled and resulted in
serious cash flow issues
affecting the family (the
children most especially).

Dr. Obalola’s love for solving problems thus pushed him to venture into real estates with the goal of rewriting the ugly stories and being part of the change. He pursued a project management certification from the University of Washington USA, and then decided to take the bull by the horn by collaborating with highly skilled and trustworthy experts to change the narrative of real estate in Nigeria. He has undertaken and performed excellently on several projects in Nigeria.
Hassan Tawakalt is a management enthusiast with a proficiency certificate in Management from the Nigerian institute of Management (Chartered).
She obtained a bachelors’ degree from the University of Ilorin in 2016, and has since acquired skills and experiences in quality control, data management, auditing with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
She interned as a Data Manager with the HFG | USA D Project in Bauchi State where she participated in the budget analysis, financial audit, as well health resources tracking and data collection activities.She has earned certificates in Data Processing, Economic evaluation, monitoring and evaluation, management communication, and Data visualization among others.
Akinremi Idris Lawal is a multi-talented professional with a Master’s degree in Civil /Structural Engineering and an MBA from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, Dubai, UAE].
He has over sixteen years experience delivering exceptional results on critical Civil and Structural Engineering Projects. His works include modeling, analyzing, designing, and construction supervision of buildings, bridges and Highway structures in well-structured and ISO 9000 certified environments across Lagos and other states of Nigeria.
Idris has successfully delivered on numerous projects in estates developments, civil infrastructures frame structures, building, and
Telecommunication Masts for various clients across the Federation. He made a remarkable input in the design of water structures for water schemes such as in the design of booster station and laying of 400mn rising mains for Lagos state water co-operation, the design for the rehabilitation and upgrading of the Iporin and Ishashi waterworks for Lagos state water- Corporation.
His area of interest includes the Provision of unique and sustainable solutions in Engineering Project Design, Construction supervision, Business development, and Leadership.
He has an excellent command of CADS including- CAD RC, CVIL CAD, LISCAD, and AUTOCAD and similarly makes good use of Finite Element Design software like SAP 2000, PROKON, STAAD PRO among others.
