While all Earthwise products are essentially the same, they are manufactured in regional manu-facturing facilities so that each window and door can be built using the specific components that are best suited to the geographic region in which it will be in-stalled. No other window supplier can offer this type of regionally-specific manufacturing flexibility.

From the melting of sand, to the produc-tion of float glass, to the applicaproduc-tion of silver ions to produce low-emissivity coatings, Cardinal manufac-tures high quality insulated glass for use in energy-efficient buildings around the world.

LoĒ²-366 Glass with Argon gas filling

Our LoĒ³-366 glass delivers the ideal bal-ance of solar control and high visibility. It also provides the highest levels of year-round comfort and energy savings, mak-ing it the perfect choice, no matter where you live. The secret? An unprecedented triple layer of silver. This goes beyond ordinary low-E glass; LoĒ³-366 sets a new standard for insulated glass performance. With three layers of year-round thermal protection, the benefits are exceptional. The result: a clear coating that blocks even more solar gain than ever before, de-livers great thermal performance and lets the natural light stream in. LoĒ²-270 Glass with Argon gas filling

Our LoĒ²-270 glass is the perfect choice for all season comfort. It reduces solar heat gain by 50% or more when compared to ordinary glass. Although it is clear, LoĒ²-270 even outperforms the ordinary tinted glass typically used in sunny climates. LoĒ²-270 also lets the light shine in to warm your house during the cooler winter months.

LoĒ²-240 Glass with Argon gas filling

Our LoĒ²-240 glass provides a great com-bination of aesthetic appeal, energy sav-ings and indoor comfort. This cool, spec-trally-selective coating is applied to clear glass, so that the appearance and perfor-mance are the same, regardless of glass thickness. LoĒ²-240 is more than solar control glass. Its advanced coating formulation also generates the lowest pos-sible U-factor, providing comfort and energy savings during cold winter weather.

Our Weather Storm mull system starts with a 5/8” hollow aluminum reinforcement bar con-toured to the frame. Mull clips are attached at the head and sill for a secure installation. Win-dows are securely fastened to the mull bar and sealed at the top, bottom, front and back. Then, a mull cover is installed to complete the process. At Showcase® Custom Vinyl Windows and Doors, we take the weather seriously. Our products are manufac-tured in Houston, Texas, and sold to dealers through-out the Gulf Coast region. We understand how brutal the weather can be in coastal regions and we manu-facture our products accordingly.

• Our vinyl frames are stronger than those of other vinyl producers, allowing our products to achieve some of the best performance ratings in the business. Our proprietary, custom-made

Protection From Break-Ins By Vandals, Burglars and Weather:

Repeated blows from bats, crowbars, hammers or bricks may cause the glass itself to crack. The PVB interlayer holds the glass together and the pane within the frame, making access to the house interior difficult. In a hurricane, the integrity of the window is not

compro-Shielding From Ultraviolet Rays:

All things tend to fade when subjected to prolonged sun exposure. The laminated insulating glass in the 143 Window Series helps protect fabric, furniture and other items in a home from degradation by blocking the majority of UV rays, while still allowing light to shine through.

Greatly Reduced Sound Transmission:

Acoustic studies show reductions of up to 50% in the transmission of outside noise, compared to ordinary glass. This makes for a more peaceful and rest-ful home, regardless of location.

Proven Resistance to Penetration From Flying Debris:

Standardized missile testing shows our windows resist repeated blows by a 9 pound, 10 Ft, 2x4 beam traveling at 34 mph. They have resisted wind velocities of 171.54 mph. No need for ungainly plywood, or telltale metal shutters. Meets CPSC, CFR 1201 and ANSI Z97.1

Warranty

Showcase Custom Vinyl Windows and Doors offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Earthwise 143 Series products for as long as you own your home, with parts and labor included.

Coverage For Glass Breakage

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers glass break-age, including tempered glass, unless attributable to acts of nature (e.g., fire, hurricane, etc.), civil disor-der, building settlement, structural failures of walls or foundations, or improper installation, storage,

or handling.

Simulated Divided Lites (SDL bars) are not covered under the glass breakage warranty, and will be

in-voiced separately in the event of breakage. Specialty glass (e.g., laminated glass) is also not covered under this glass breakage warranty.

Care and Maintenance

Your Showcase windows will provide you with a life-time of reliable service if given some simple, routine care and maintenance. Please visit our website (www. showcasewindows.com) for more information. Our warranty does not cover damage or defects related to a failure to follow the care and maintenance instruc-tions.
