• Delete if previously entered agent no longer authorized • Agent will not receive User ID or password

• Agent is authorized to contact us about account • Click – Submit

• You will be returned to your account’s main page

Adding Clients

• Clients must be added prior to filing disclosure reports • Click – Add Client (within 72-hours of having information)

• Enter either Individual or Organization name • Cannot be both

• Complete Form (below) • Click - Save

Updating Existing Client Information

• Click – Redistricting Clients

• Click the client needing updates • Complete Edit Client form

• Click - Save

Updating Lobbyist’s Information

• Click – Change your Contact Information • Make Updates

• If applicable, add or update firm • Click - Save

• Click – Change your Agent

• Make Updates and Click – Save

• Select previously entered client from drop-down box

on the disclosure form

• Contract Dates

• Terms of compensation information • Compensation information

• Must be entered in the dollar amount field • Monetary

• Non-monetary

• Termination of any contract • Applicable commission

• Filing within 72-hours

Filing Disclosure Reports

• Click – Redistricting Commission lobbyist disclosure • Select the Client for whom you are disclosing activity

Complete Redistricting Disclosure Form

• Select Client from the drop down box

• Select Redistricting Commission(s)

• Select Congressional, State Legislative commission (or both) • Must select at least one commission

• Enter Contract Begin Date (past, current, future date)

• If end date is unknown, leave blank

• Describe Terms of Compensation (free form text field)

• See Art V, Sec 44.2 (4)(b)(III) &Rule 4

• Additional disclosures can be filed as necessary to report any additional or future compensation received at a later date

• Enter date compensation received (past/current/future date) • Enter monetary dollar amount ($0 or greater – not blank) or • Estimated dollar value of non-monetary compensation • Enter Description of Activity (optional free-form text field) • Click – File Report

Amending Disclosure Reports

• Amendments are filed as separate disclosure reports • The original disclosure report remains unchanged • Amendments will appear publicly and in lobbyist

accounts as newly filed disclosures

• Some potential reasons for amending:

• Required or voluntary updates, corrections, or

additional information regarding terms of

compensation, contract, compensation received

• Any other changes the lobbyist would like to

disclose, whether required or voluntary

Note:

• Lobbyists can make changes or updates to their own information, agent information, and client information, directly in their account without filing a separate disclosure

Amending Reports

• Pull up a new disclosure report

• Complete the form, indicating any changes

• Utilize the terms of compensation field and/or the

description of activity field to note any changes or new information you’d like to disclose

• Click – File Report

DISCLOSING A REDUCED COMPENSATION AMOUNT

• Please email [email protected] you need to disclose a reduced amount of compensation

Note:

• To avoid inadvertently double-reporting compensation or other

information, please reach out to our team if you are unsure about how to disclose changes, updates, or corrections, or with any other questions!
