Describe your firm's level of commitment to diversity.

Bradley recognizes that its success derives from the ingenuity, intelligence, values, skills, and diverse perspectives of our people. At Bradley, maintaining a working environment that is rewarding, respectful, collegial, diverse, and inclusive is one of our core values. Upholding that core value is a source of strength for our firm and is critical to delivering high-quality legal services to our clients. To that end, our objective is to attract, retain, and promote into leadership roles individuals who foster inclusion and reflect the diversity we value. Bradley is committed to a work environment in which our people thrive and reach their full professional potential regardless of age, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, parental status, race, religion, sexual orientation,

veteran status, and/or socio-economic status. Bradley has for many years been committed to diversity. More than 60 years ago, the firm welcomed the first female partner at any large southeastern firm and we continue to honor Ellene Winn's legacy today through a program named in her honor. We know that diversity cannot be a tradition or passive and must instead be something that is active and ongoing. That is why we are committed to putting diversity and inclusion at the forefront of our initiatives and embracing an environment that reflects our collective views, experiences, capabilities, and cultures going forward. In 2019, we hired our first Director of Inclusion and Diversity. We also launched Employee Resource Groups/Affinity Groups for Attorneys of Color and for LGBTQ Attorneys, and continue our robust Winn Initiative mentoring program for women. These are a few of the steps Bradley is undertaking to promote inclusion and diversity in all of our offices. We are proud that our partner, Jason Mehta, was selected last year as the firm's first Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow. Also in 2020, in our first year of participating, the firm scored a 90 out of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's 2020 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), which is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices and benefits pertinent to LGBTG employees. We continue to evolve and continue to strive to make our firm a better place for all people to work and to excel.

At Burr & Forman, we welcome varying perspectives and experiences, and we recognize diversity as a strength.

Describe your firm's level of commitment to diversity.

Diversity has been central to Greenberg Traurig's (GT) identity since its establishment in 1967 when our founders, faced with religious discrimination, built a firm where everyone was welcome. Today, we embrace the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion as a critical component of delivering the highest level of client service to valuable clients around the world. Our founding attorneys Melvin Greenberg, Robert Traurig, and Larry Hoffman started GT at a time when South Florida was just beginning its transformation into a global commercial center. The firm was in the right place at the right time. Despite that, the three, who were Jewish, also battled religious discrimination. They found a kinship with the newly arrived Cuban exiled community and modeled their new firm after the client-oriented values and

collaborative spirit of New York City law firms from that era. With that commitment to client service and inclusion as our guiding light, GT thrived and expanded through the decades. In 1997, Cesar Alvarez was appointed chief executive, becoming the first Hispanic head of a major law firm. Today, he is GT's senior chairman and continues to lend his guidance and leadership to the firm. It is this personal history that is at the root of everything the firm is built on and everything we stand for. Diversity is in our DNA - woven into the fabric of who the firm is, rather than a mandate in response to "trends."

Describe your firm's level of commitment to diversity.

OUR MISSION We are taking our efforts to the next level at Hinshaw as we double down on our commitment to diversity and expand our initiatives throughout the firm. We believe that a successful diversity, equity, and inclusion program requires intentionality across three initiatives-attorney development, relationship building, and civic engagement. Our attorney development is aimed at making our diverse attorneys the best in their field. Our

relationship building helps form bonds of trust that make our teams stronger and more inclusive. Our civic engagement enables us to be leaders and agents of change in our respective communities. HINSHAW HAS COMMITTED TO THE FOLLOWING IMPACTFUL DE&I INITIATIVES: 1. Our Hinshaw DEI Matters Rule was developed to increase the

representation of diversity by considering at least 30% women, ethnically diverse, and LGBTQ+ lawyers for leadership and governance positions, senior associate and lateral partner openings, and capital and non-capital partnership promotions. 2. Hinshaw's Black Attorneys Matter Referendum represents our firm's commitment to further the interests of racial justice by the development of initiatives that will focus on Black and other diverse attorneys. The goals are to strengthen Hinshaw's diversity and inclusion efforts; integrate diversity into client experiences; and position Hinshaw as a law firm leader that celebrates differences as a key strength. 3. Our firm has been a founding sponsor of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) program and has been fortunate to have a fellow selected to several classes since 2011. Founded in 2009, the LCLD Committee has grown to an organization of more than 350 Members, who serve as either general counsel of major corporations or managing partners of the nation's leading law firms. United by a spirit of activism and personal commitment, LCLD Committee members participate widely in the programs they've created-leading by example, taking action, and challenging the legal profession to prepare future generations of diverse talent for the highest positions of leadership. 4. Our Summer Diversity Scholarship is offered every year to diverse law students for their final year of law school. This year, we will award two $10,000.00 scholarships to second-year (2L) diverse students who demonstrate excellent academic performance and a paid summer law clerk position (depending on office).

HINSHAW HAS COMMITTED TO THE FOLLOWING IMPACTFUL DE&I INITIATIVES: 1.Our Hinshaw DEI Matters Rule was developed to increase the

representation of diversity by considering at least 30% women, ethnically diverse, and LGBTQ+ lawyers for leadership and governance positions, senior associate and lateral partner openings, and capital and non-capital partnership promotions. 3.Our firm has been a founding sponsor of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) program and has been fortunate to have a fellow selected to several classes since 2011. 4.Our Summer Diversity Scholarship is offered every year to diverse law students for their final year of law school. This year, we will award two $10,000.00 scholarships to second-year (2L) diverse students who demonstrate excellent academic performance and a paid summer law clerk position (depending on office).

Describe your firm's level of commitment to diversity.

DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION - Marshall Dennehey is committed to building a diverse workforce where people of all races and ethnicities can thrive in an inclusive workplace culture. Diversity means more to us than ethnic diversity. We strive to make our firm a place where ethnic minorities, women, LGBTQ individuals, neuro-diverse individuals and those who are disabled can succeed. We are constant in our efforts to retain and grow our diverse population as that strengthens our organization. Our history of promoting minority attorneys goes back a generation to when Hiliary Holloway became the firm's first African-American shareholder in 1990. Presently, we have several minority attorneys who hold positions of senior leadership at the firm, including Michael Turner and Kevin Hexstall who are members of our Board of Directors. We actively seek to hire or promote minorities across professional and support staff as well. The directors of our IT and HR Departments are African-American women, and professionals of other ethnic backgrounds serve as managers and supervisors across many administrative departments of the firm. As of January 2021, Marshall Dennehey had 63 minority attorneys, comprising 12% of our total attorney staff. It is significant to note that 23% of our associates are minority attorneys and 50% are women. DE&I COMMITTEE - Marshall Dennehey's Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee is focused on improving efforts to recruit, retain, advance and enhance the experience of diverse attorneys, professionals and administrative staff throughout the firm. Comprised of senior and junior minority

attorneys, and non-diverse allies from a cross-section of the firm's offices, the committee provides informed guidance and practical solutions to work toward social equity and cultural competency. DE&I INITIATIVES - The Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee has set into place a number of initiatives that assist in both hiring and retaining attorneys of color. RECENT RECOGNITION - The American Lawyer 2020 A-List, Female Equity Partner Scorecard, Ranked #3 among the Am Law 200; 2019 Diversity and Inclusion Award from Liberty Mutual Insurance; 2019 Minority Business Leaders Award, Philadelphia Business Journal-Niki T. Describe your firm's level of commitment to diversity.

QPWB is the largest national woman & minority law firm. Diversity is at our core and the foundation that allows the firm to achieve differentiated results. We have 27 offices with attorneys licensed in almost every state. We have approximately 400 attorneys of which we average about 35% diversity and 50% female attorneys. Key is the fact that our diversity is top to bottom and the stats hold true throughout the attorney ranks. Meaning, it's not just young diverse attorneys working for a non diverse team of partners. Also noteworthy, our compensation is equitable for all levels of gender and diversity. In fact, in our key revenue generating offices the majority of managing partners are women and/or diverse attorneys. Thirteen languages are spoken on our attorney team. The firm is committed to supporting diverse organizations in our local communities. We have worked with pipeline diversity programs. In Chicago for example, we hired high school diverse students when I was the Chicago managing partner. Two of those students are now lawyers at top notch law firms and one is in her third year of law school. One of the students took a different path and is now employed in the financial industry. Members of our firm speak frequently on the topic of diversity and inclusion to various companies and audiences. Some of us have published diversity articles. Our firm is also willing and interested in forming alliances with our clients and prospective clients to continue pipeline programs. We support our local diverse bar associations. And, we love to partner with minority owned businesses. We have a program developed to assist small minority owned businesses to become certified minority suppliers. We approach diversity and inclusion holistically so that we engage the community on big picture issues and problems so that we can all creatively work together to provide solutions. We are willing to work with companies on secondment/borrowed employee programs. We find it beneficial for a company to "borrow" one of our diverse candidates so the attorney can better understand the clients' business needs and the attorney and client can form critical relationships. We definitely wish to be a change agent and we strongly believe that can be accomplished by forming alliances with corporations and work together on diversity goals. We did not set out to BE a diverse law firm. We are a diverse law firm because of our culture and reputation as creative and quality inclusive attorneys.
