The building is situated in a small village, Mas Thibert, 18 km from the city centre of Arles, in the region Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, South of France

Context and objective

Financial plan

► Planned cost of energy-saving measures : 1 061 000€

► Rental agreement mandatory before launching the

rehabilitation. Has been signed.

► Increase of the rents for all the tenants who have not reached

the rent treshold defined by the french law.
