TOURNAMENT & GYM RULES

Masks ARE mandatory

100% of the time and MUST be worn at all times when inside the

gym. Failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave.

TOURNAMENT: PM / afternoon wave only….

DOORS OPEN: 3:00pm, NOT ANY EARLIER…..

START TIME: 3:30pm /

COACHES MEETING: 3:15pm

PARKING: there is a morning wave tournament going on that morning and parking is very

limited. We must allow the morning wave to vacate the premises. Please do not show up

any earlier than 2:45/3:00 to park as the only available parking may be on the side of the

gym. We are utilizing all courts and the tournament is full so parking will be tight until

morning wave is completely gone.

TOURNAMENT RULE FOR “OFF” TEAMS: For this event we are needing ALL “OFF” teams:

teams not playing or refereeing, to wait outside or in their vehicles in order to alleviate the

crowd inside.

THIS IS A GYM RULE AND NOT SUBJECT TO QUESTION. This will be closely

monitored and this includes coaches and parents for those “OFF” teams, ANYONE from an

“OFF” team will be asked to wait outside.

Coaches Meeting: The Coaches Meeting will be at 3:15 p.m.

Pool Play: 3:30 p.m. ALL teams must be present in the event a pool needs to be re-formatted.

Each match will be 2 Sets ONLY. No cap for any set but each set must be won by two points.

Tiebreaker Rules: USA Volleyball Rules Apply.

Playoffs/Format: Start time is immediately after pool play finishes. Best of 3 Sets.

Ct 1: For First and Second Place. 1P1 vs 1P2. Ref: Loser of last match not in playoffs Ct 2: For Third Place. 2P1 vs 2P2. Ref: Loser of last match not in playoffs

Coaches are asked to remain on site until Site Manager has released your team from the event.

Parents: House Rules - Masks MUST be worn at ALL times !!! Failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD, DRINK OR CHAIRS allowed in the facility except for the players bringing in their water bottles.
