INNOVATION DAYS – The factory of the future
Innovation Days is Il Sole 24 Ore road show focused on the Italian economy, and it is going to continue in 2021.
The third edition will count 7 stages through the Regions and tell the story of economic recovery and innovation.
From production processes, to design, from maintenance to logistics, from food to cars, from components to machinery.
Seven meetings, moderated by the journalists of the Sole 24 Ore, brought to the territory in live mode and broadcast in live streaming.

INNOVATION DAYS The factory of the future
The concept involves the creation of a live event from a designated location and
broadcast inlive streaming via a platform that allows remote recording, connection
and interaction of the speakers. In addition, the event provides for thepresence of
anaudience in the Live & Digital stages.
Program: Individual interventions will alternate with presentations of studies or
research, round tables, any pre-recorded interventions. A Q&A session may be scheduled.
Speakers: journalists will be present at the physical location, while speakers will be in attendance or connected remotely.
Length: about 4 hours.
Use: the use of the event via platform is subject to user registration. Hospitality: provision of services for the audience in the auditorium (*)

GUESTS AND AGENDA
The opening of the meeting will be entrusted to the Director of Il Sole 24 Ore. Some institutional figures will be invited to participate, as well as entrepreneurs and relevant figures.
o Opening of the meeting with institutional greetings from the president of the region
o The best innovation experiences - testimony of how innovation is applied to the non-industrial world (sports, space missions, pharmaceutical research) o Thematic round tables to deal with the topics:

Through digitalization in streaming and with the help of a virtual direction that
coordinates the interventions of the speakers and moderator of the event, it is
possible to transform live events intointeractive streaming events, guaranteeing
the continuity of the experience of the initiatives of Il Sole 24 Ore. Subscribers to the event will have access to a specific section / entry page
containing thecustomized player, with which connected users can enjoy a cross-screen and cross-device video stream, with real-time optimization on the content
display.
The streaming flow will allow the scheduled insertion of video materials and
detailedimages of the speakers' speeches.

For each stage it is expected:
o Editorial debate with the work team and the editorial direction on the issues to be discussed and the sharing of the communication project
o Speech: keynote speech or interview during the event or participation in a panel or round table for 7 appointments of the path. (The type and content of the intervention will be agreed with the editorial staff based on the schedule to better contextualize the intervention in the content)
o Lead Generation: supply of files with the names of pre-registered participants in the conference and of users actually connected in accordance with the GDPR regulation
o Partner logo visibility: on all promotional material of the event (ADV, DEM, banner, landing page) and on the opening theme and credits o Allotment of invitations for its customers and reserved seats in the room (if provided)
o Distribution of post-event partner material (on site or digital PDF)
