Inbox Enhancements and Fixes
Consumer Portal
Google Authenticator will be a secondary option presented to the consumer as a means to obtain a security code for Multifactor Authentication. The original intention was for this feature to be removed as part of 16.0 but we found that some consumers had already chosen this option for authentication purposes. Google Authenticator will now be available under ‘Use another method’ or ‘Security options’ in the consumer portal.
Migration issues tied to moving an account from out-of-wallet (OOW) to Multifactor Authentication have been resolved. Previously, consumers would have trouble accessing their account after the migration, if they had already registered using OOW.
Inbox Administrator
Inbox will prevent the use of the “Send Reset Password Link” button when Inbox is configured for Single Sign-on (SSO). This button will no longer be visible to the administrator when Inbox is not responsible for managing the consumers account access.
Inbox will support integrating eSignature capabilities into an embedded client (SSO) application. The navigation buttons at top of the screen ("DASHBOARD", "DOCUMENTS", "ACCOUNTS", "USER INFO") will be hidden and the consumer will return to the client interface after necessary eSignature actions have been completed.
The administrator user interface (UI) now allows direct-to-print customers to view issues associated with undeliverable packages.
The Inbox Package Center mapping panel has been updated to remain stationary at the top of the left page while scrolling through documents. Under certain circumstances, when a user would attempt to manually map documents, the mapping panel would scroll off the page which would make it difficult to apply the mapping elements.
Issues surrounding the eSignature date stamp and document date have been resolved. In certain instances, a consumers eSignature date/time stamp would be inconsistent with the date on the signature line. This was primarily due to time zone discrepancies with the users local machine.
Administrators now have the ability to resolve instances when a financial institution employee gets inadvertently set up as a Settlement Agent rather than an administrator for the account. Prior to 16.1, eLynx customer care team would have to intervene.
CFPB compliance checking is now supported when/if a consummation date is not provided. Previously, compliance checking would not occur (even on the Loan Estimate delivery), if a consummation date was not provided.
The CFPB compliance warning email template has been updated to include the loan number and customer name.
The default template for the Change of Circumstance letter associated with TRID Delivery Settings has been updated to better reflect the reasons that a consumer may be receiving a re-disclosure of the Loan Estimate or Closing Disclosure.
eCN Enhancements and Fixes
eCN Administrator
eCN will now include a field where a new administrator will provide their phone number to prepare for implementation of Multifactor Authentication.
Migration issues tied to moving an account from EXP Delivery to eCN have been
resolved. Formerly, existing Settlement Agents were having difficulty picking up packages due to some configuration discrepancies.
Title Production System (TPS) Integrations
eLynx facilitates bi-directional data integration with a number of the largest Title Production Systems in the industry. This ensures accurate and immediate access to closing fees reducing risk and ensuring compliance. For more details, please contact your sales representative.
eAudit Enhancements
eAudit Administrator
eAudit was introduced during the Expedite 16.0 Release. eLynx continues to augment eAudit to make the pre-funding and post-close audit process simpler by automating current processes in place which are primarily done manually today.
eAudit now produces an audit report where the administrator can receive and review the results of the document audit, including:
o Verification of the documents recognized in the package o Verify page count of the complete package
o Verify page count of each document type
eAudit considers key milestone events that trigger audit log entries and email messaging during the auditing process. These events include:
o eAudit Created
o eAudit Documents Uploaded
o eAudit Requested
o eAudit Data Received o eAudit Stacking Complete o eAudit Report Available
o eAudit Documents Downloaded o eAudit Exception / Error
