Q: What are Rudraksha beads? Where are they available?
A: Botanically known as Elaeocarpus ganitrus Roxb., the Rudraksha beads are the seeds of the Rudraksha fruit from Rudraksha trees. Rudraksha trees are found mainly in South Eastern Asian Islands of modern day Indonesia and parts of Kingdom of Nepal. Around 70% of the Rudraksha trees are found in Indonesia, 25% in Nepal and 5% in India. The Rudraksha beads have lines and faces called Mukhis.
Q: What is special about Rudraksha beads? Are Rudraksha beads used only for meditation? Are the beads suitable only for people from a certain background? Q: Is Rudraksha suited to all skin types?
A: The nature and essence of rudraksha is hot so some people cannot wear it. Their skin show signs of allergy. In such cases, the Rudraksha beads may be kept in the pooja room and daily prayers should be offered to them.
Q: What precautions should be taken while wearing the Rudraksha beads?
A: The following precautions should be followed : Ancient Puranas recommend taking bath with Rudraksha on the body. However, Rudraksha should be protected from the action of soap and talcum powder that dehydrate and clog the pores.
Rudraksha may be worn on a regular basis. However, ladies should take off Rudraksha during menstrual cycle. Rudraksha should not be worn when going to a funeral. It is recommended that the mala should be taken off at night before sleep and worn again in the morning after bath. Beads should be cleaned by dipping them into warm water overnight. Then scrub then with soft bristle brush, wash again and let them dry. Then apply sandalwood oil. The beads should be purified by offering incense, sandalwood paste and chanting the seed mantra of that Mukhi. The sacred Rudraksha beads are importance in use as their healing properties and being identified for various physical and mental problems. The ancient Vedas use this Rudraksha in different diseases. Both of the Rudraksha are ruled by planet Sun or Surya, the center of Solar system around which all the planets revolve. The one Mukhi Rudraksha symbolizes the Lord Shiva itself. It is rarest and most significant Rudraksha among all the Rudrakshas. One Mukhi Rudraksha is originating in two shapes round and a half moon shaped. Two Mukhi Rudrakasha:

Rudraksha is a seed (fruit) covered with pulp and green skin which turns a blue black in time after plucked from the tree. Rudraksha beads are generally round in shape, up to one inch in diameter, and can have from one face Rudraksha to twenty-one faces Rudraksha, like facets of a cut gem.The Rudraksha bead tree is considered the tear drop that fell from Lord Shiva.
Rudraksha (seeds) are found that are grown together in various formations. Each seed has a naturally occurring hole in the center from the fruit itself. It is also believed that wearing the rudraksha distracts the evil eye, it brings luck.

Rudraksha is a divine bead and it bestows all sorts of Spiritual, Mental & Physical benefits to its wearer. However, in order to get maximum benefits from Rudraksha it needs to be sanctified & energized also known as Pran Prathista prior to its use for the first time.
Please note that all the Rudrakshas are already Energized as per ancient Hindu Rituals(A Pran Pratishtha Puja is performed by our learned Guruji ) before being sent to our clients. Hence you can directly start wearing the Rudraksha as soon as you have received them.
Procedures that has been followed by our Guruji for ENERGIZING (Pran Prathistha) of Rudraksha before being sent to you.
* An auspicious Day, Date and Nakshtra is chosen by our Guruji taking into consideration the clients Name, Date of Birth and Place of Birth.
* Then the mind is cleared of all negative thoughts so as to achieve a clear & positive mind frame.
* A Matt is placed on the Floor in such a way that the face is towards East, North or North-East while performing the Pran Pratishtha Puja of the Holy Rudraksha Bead.
* The Rudraksha is opened and washed with Unboiled Milk and Holy Water. After that
Sandalwood Paste is applied to it and it is kept on the Special Aasan (Seat) made for it in front of Lord Shiva Idol.
* An Incense or a Diya is lit in front of the Rudraksha and Fresh Flowers, Fruits, Sweets & Panchamrut (A Special Spiritual Preparation made of 5 items viz, Holy Water, Milk, Ghee,Honey and Curd) is offered to Lord Shiva and the Holy Rudraksha Bead.
* After that the Name of the Client, Date of Birth and Place or Birth are spoken by our Guruji with an intention to Energize the Holy Rudraksha Bead for the said Person (Our Client who have purchased this Holy Rudraksha Bead) along with a request to Lord Shiva that the wishes of the Client be granted and he/she is able to lead a more Happier, Healthier and Wealthier Life after wearing this Holy Rudraksha Bead.
* The Eyes are closed while concentrating on the Holy Rudraksha Bead and reciting the Beej Mantra of the Rudraksha for 108 times followed by recitation of Other Spiritual Mantras to appease Lord Shiva.
