SOLUTION PRICING

The following table details the chargeable elements associated with the activation of the Software as a Service

Service Element Details Charge

Service Implementation IMS will provide Onsite/Offsite implementation support.

Service Activation IMS will provide the customer with access to the Software as a Service platform to configure and upload any data and datarooms

Included in the monthly service charge

System Replication InTechnology will replicate data between the Harrogate and Reading Datacentres

Managed Backup All customer data will be backed up and place offsite where applicable
