Start Date - You can begin the first course in series as soon as we receive full payment.
Duration - 125 hours - You can complete this certificate program in less than four months (125
hours). However, we recognize that you may be juggling a career and family so we give you up to eight months from the date you register to complete all the courses in series. If you need an extension to finish this program, you can purchase an additional week for 1/4 the list price of the courses that remain.

You can do the entire program in as quick as four months, but we give you up to eight months to complete the course work, if needed. Courses are one week to three months in duration.

Each course has modules that are designed to be completed in one week with five hours of effort. We recommend you commit five hours per week to complete each module for the duration of each specific course. You can take time off between courses, but it's recommended you complete each course in the way they are structured. For example, the negotiations course is four weeks long. This means that you would do five hours of work each week for each of the four weeks of the course. We don't recommend that you do five hours of work one week then take off a week, and come back to it. It is better to complete a class in the time frame specified once you have started it. (Yes we are flexible, we just recommend you efficiently complete the coursework for your own benefit so that you can reap the rewards this certification provides). The activities in the modules are designed to be done in the course of your day-to-day work.

OUTLINE
Phase I: Demonstration
Part 1: Cheetah Negotiations - This 20-hour course teaches the student how to competently and
quickly negotiate the many situations found in projects to improve overall business performance. A four-week instructor led online class where students spend five hours per week doing the course activities as part of their day-to-day work. Required Text (included): Cheetah Negotiations by Michelle LaBrosse, PMP and Linda Lansky, PMP - 2 CEUs/20 PDUs
Part 2: Project Management Demonstration Project - This 60 hour course has the student
demonstrate their competency as a Project Manager leading a team through every phase of a
complex project - from initiating through closeout while performing Project Management Performance Measurements. A twelve-week instructor led online class. 6 CEUs/60 PDUs.
Phase II: Application
Part 1: Project Management Toolbox - This 40 hour course teaches the student how to create a
customized Project Management Toolbox of templates based on best practices. An eight-week instructor led online class where students spend five hours per week doing the course activities as part of their day-to-day work. 4 CEUs/40 PDUs
Part 2: Project Management Career Builder - This 5 hour course teaches the student how to
leverage their project management skills to develop enhanced career opportunities. Students will need a copy of the Meyer/Briggs Assessment taken prior to their PMP Exam Prep course. A one-week instructor led online course. 0.5 CEUs/5 PDUs.
