IN ADDITION, THE COUNCIL & MAYOR OF LONDON WILL FUND A COMPREHENSIVE REFURBISHMENT OF THE SPACE TO AN AGREED SPECIFICATION, DESIGNED, MANAGED AND EXECUTED BY YOU. YOU GET TO CHOOSE HOW YOU DESIGN, BRAND AND RUN THE

➔ AT LEAST ONE LARGE SCALE EVENT PER ANNUM INVITING SENIOR FIGURES,

➔ A FULL RANGE OF IT SERVICES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO VIDEO CONFERENCING, PRINTING SERVICES, PRESENTATION EQUIPMENT, POST PRODUCTION/BROADCAST FACILITIES (IF REQUIRED) AND SUCH SERVICES FOR THIS COMMUNITY.

➔ HIGH SPECIFICATION MEETING AND COLLABORATION FACILITIES.

➔ FOOD AND BEVERAGE FACILITIES – IT IS ENVISAGED THAT PART OF THE GROUND FLOOR UNIT WOULD INCLUDE A PUBLIC CAFÉ/BAR SPACE.
