Pick up and transfer from the arrival points to the accomodation :
Marco Polo (VE) e Canova (TV) airports, railway station, Piazzale Roma (autobus station). 7.00- 11.00 p.m.
Welcome buffet and spaghettata in Camplus College Garden, Giudecca Island
Info Point – Orientation evening with the speaking partners team (Materials as student’s guide with practical information about transports, main meeting point, facilities, ecc. and Italian language course program will be delivered to our guests during the event)
Monday, July 13

3.00 p.m.– 4.30 p.m. “Un ponte e na cae: “primo assaggio” della città. Orientation walking tour together with speaking partner Ca’ Foscari team (in collaboration with Itals Ca’ Foscari)
4.30- 7.00 p.m. “Calici e visioni”: surprise aperitif-tour, with panoramic viewpoint Meeting point 16.30 al ponte dell’Accademia.

Day-tour- Italiano in Viaggio! Archeologic route, between Rome, Bisanthium and Venice: the old town of Aquileia (UNESCO) with its precious churches, mosaics and roman-byzantine archaeological site with an old roman harbour. Info: http://whc.unesco.org/en/list/825
Meeting point: 9.15 a.m. Venezia S.Lucia Railway Station (9.41 a.m. Departure for Cervignano). Arrival in Cervignano and bus transfer to Aquileia. Arrival in Aquileia at 11.25 a.m.

Alternative afternoon program (16.15 – 19-30): Palmanova Outlet Village, shopping*. As an alternative program
to the afternoon guided tour in Corno di Rosazzo+wine&food tasting, it is possible (on previous demand to the driver) to get off at Outlet Village at 4.15 p.m. On the way back from Corno di Rosazzo, the bus will come to pick you up at 7.30 p.m..

In case of bad weather conditions and/or emergency and/or other situations potentially harmful to the psychological and/or physical safety of the participants, the organizational staff of our Association “Il Viandante di Venezia”-Arci, unquestionably reserves the right to cancel the activities scheduled and replace them with new ones of equal value, except in the case of force majeure. The organizers of the Association “Il Viandante di Venezia”-Arci have the obligation to communicate to its members-participants any increase of the price of the scheduled tours, at the latest, 20 days before the starting date of the course. A maximum of 10% increase beyond of the original price has to be considered licit and without right of withdrawal and reimbursement, provided that it is closely related to the facilities expenses (costs of transports – rentals, drivers, fuel - professional guides, accommodations, food and beverages, etc.) of the tour. In case that one of the above mentioned conditions is not respected, the participant has the right of withdrawal and full reimbursement.
