Job Title: Marketing Development Executive (LHH 1) Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the marketing effort for this established Company. You will develop the marketing strategy and associated databases, and help profitable sales in line with company plans and targets. This placement would be ideal for someone with aspirations towards marketing and general management.

Your tasks will be:

• To develop and deliver marketing plan for a brand new wood-based product range for the

medical and associated market, including pharmacies, surgeries, dental and veterinary locations and anywhere where hygiene and bacterial contamination is an issue.

Job Title: Finance Assistant (IFT 3) Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role involves being part of a small but vital team, sitting in the heart of the business. You work closely within a team of eight accounts, admin and sales staff and liaise with many people across the business. The company uses QuickBooks, a leading accounting package in the general and contracting business sector.

Tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Entering purchase invoices into the accounting system and coding to the correct job or nominal account.

• Ensure all invoices have the appropriate Purchase, Delivery and Pricing approvals

• Assist with reconciling Supplier Statements and process twice a month payment run

• Resolve queries with supplier where necessary, including some in Spain, Greece and

Germany

• Compile credit card expense spreadsheets and analyse out to appropriate categories

• Analyse staff weekly timesheets into Excel for posting into QuickBooks Payroll System

• Produce various Excel reports to assist with job management

• Produce invoices for customers and enter payments when received

• Liaise with Factors to record payments received by them and post to QuickBooks

• Lodge other payments direct to bank and post to QuickBooks

• Other ad hoc duties as required. In this role you will be privy to commercially confidential information, related to prospective clients and to personnel, and therefore absolute discretion is required

The company are looking for interns to undertake analysis, design, software development, implementation and support of insurance systems.

Reporting to the Production Director your tasks and responsibilities will include:-

• Work as part of a team to design and build workable and resilient business solutions in a timely way with internal product specialists and sales team as appropriate.

• Undertake product software development for the assigned product area(s) ensuring that

software development standards are maintained.

• Create or modify English-based documentation (with assistance if necessary) to

accompany all development work carried out. This includes technical documentation for all programs and database tables and user documentation for all functions, fields and

processes.

• Ensure unit tests and task reviews are completed for all development work carried out within software development standards.

• To examine existing systems and document as necessary recognising opportunities for

improvement to the current business processes.

• To prepare Solution Design, Functional Specification, technical architecture and Data Modelling documentation describing functional and non-functional requirements.

• Attend regular project meetings with customers and team progress meetings in the role of
