1.1 Scope of the management system
Manufacturing of laser cuts, welded assemblies and CNC machined components in both ferrous and
non-ferrous materials, providing a range of surface finishes to meet customer specifications.
1.2 Manual
This manual has been prepared with the purpose of giving an overview of the integrated
management system of CUTform OÜ. The management system has been prepared considering the
requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2005, OHSAS 18001:2007 ja ISO 3834-2:2006. The
management system does not involve clause 7.3 Design and Development of the standard, as usually
product development is conducted by the customers of CUTform OÜ. The manual is available for
customers and cooperation partners from web (cutform.ee) and for employees of the company in an
electronic form in the server or on paper in the cabinet of the Quality Manager. The SHEQ Systems
Manager shall be liable for keeping the manual up to date.

1.5 Focusing on the customer
CUTform OÜ considers it important to specify, meet and sometimes even exceed the needs and
requirements of each customer in order to save the customer’s resources in solving problems and
misunderstandings.
We here at CUTform are committed to provide professional management, coordination and cost
efficient serial manufactured components which meet and exceed relevant statutory, regulatory and
customer requirements, needs and expectations.
Our policy is divided by the following areas:
HEALTH AND SAFETY
We have a strong commitment to follow the Occupational Health and Safety requirements of OHSAS
18001 by adhering to all the rules and regulations as well as continuously improving the related
management systems.
ENVIRONMENT
The employees of CUTform are constantly reviewing its progress to minimize the use of packaging
and ensure waste segregation is controlled. CUTform seeks to continually improve its environmental
performance and prevent pollution through operating an ISO 14001 compliant management system.
QUALITY
Quality policy is driven by communication, understanding and fulfillment of the needs of our
customers. We achieve our commitments for quality, cost, and schedule. CUTform drives continual
improvement and innovation based upon efficient business processes, measurements and customer
surveys and all requirements of ISO 9001.
By showing strong management involvement and commitment, we here at CUTform develop staff
competencies, creativity and accountabilty through appropriate trainings.
Through the use of these guiding principles, we strive to be the most reliable manufacturing source in
the component market, allowing our partners and customers’ flexibility and control in the supply
chain. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction 100% of the time.
The Policy is regularly reviewed by the management for continuous sustainability. The Policy is put
into practice through the Objectives set by the management. The implementation of our Policy will
ensure our customer satisfaction, success of company and welfare of each employee.
3 Organisation
The Member of the Board shall give his/her best by sharing resources and supporting the team in
order to ensure that the management processes would be created introduced and maintained. The

4.1 Documentation
The management system documentation includes the management system manual, procedures,
manuals and certification documents. The procedure for managing documentation has been
described in the Document Management Procedure (CUT01), which when followed ensures the
existence and availability of up-to-date documentation.
4.2 Main processes of the management system
The main processes of the integrated management system have been pointed out on the following
scheme. The main processes are closely connected and enable continuous improvement. The
functioning of the main processes is ensured through documented procedures, which also specify
liabilities and the connections between processes. The documented list of processes has been
indicated on the scheme below. The documented procedures are available at the company’s server
and on paper on the shelf of the Quality Manager.

5.1 Laser cutting

Amada HFE MKII 170-Ton is a new generation press brake that combines decades of knowledge and experience of the brake maker. The brake is stable and has a large working envelope.
Bending capacity: 3 m
We have a variety of different bending tools.
5.3 Welding
5.3.1 Manual welding
CUTform owns five MIG/MAG water cooled and programmable semi-automatic welding machines EWM Phoenix.
5.3.2 Robot welding
CUTform OÜ has implemented welding robot ABB IRM 2600 high volume production.

5.6 Quality supervision
For supporting the production operations, the company has a Quality Department.
Process Evaluation has been introduced and
this includes evaluating and measuring the essential measurements of the product in every stage.
There are different measurement and evaluation devices for different measurements and evaluations.
The measurement devices are calibrated.
For measuring more complex products, we have a CMM measuring machine ROMER ABSOLUTE ARM:
o Measurement scope 3 m
o Error of measurement per the whole scope 10 µm
5.7 Software
In order to realise a customer’s development into a material product, we can use:
AutoCad – for preparing jigs and working with customer’s drawings.
DR ABE – helps to generate nesting and helps to find the best way to use the material.
Feature CAM – for quick preparation and analysis of the programs for lathes and milling machines.
Prodmaster – MRP software that is used to manage the whole production starting from the customer’s order to dispatching the product.
PCDMIS – works with Romer Arm, enables to prepare programs that significantly speed up measuring repeating products.
