the.,SCOPE, METHODOLOGY, AND GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
rules governing the prosecution, trial and adjudication of criminal cases;
included in the scope
ofthe course are procedures on arrest searches and
seizures, detentions, custodial investigations, preliminar
yinvestigation,
indictment, trial and appeal. The course covers
Rules 110-127 of the .2000 Rules'of Cm-irt. At
the end of the course, students are expected to know not only
what these rules are all about but also, more importantly, how they work
or do not work, and how they
