 In 2003, Pedro and I, went out from a Direct Marketing Agency of a large media group and we created the

Creative Sales. Our focus was already at the time an agency that provided integrated service, which included

everything from strategy, creativity, providing Lists, print production, has digital solutions, at the time still

without much expression. At this stage we tried to always include a digital communication today is precisely the contrary, we try to include some non-digital component.

 During the development of our business we had several difficult times, especially in the beginning we have come several times to deprive our compensation, in order to not fail in our commitments to employees and suppliers. We see our suppliers as business partners and we are always looking for who brings an added value to our business. With this approach we ended up creating strong relationships as we built with our current partners of Digital and Data Sales.

In early 2010, the area of listbroking became autonomous when we create Data Sales and invite as a partner Ricardo Dias, who was then the CEO of the largest ListBroker in Portugal. Shortly after, in December 2010, the Digital area became autonomous too, when we create Digital Sales, by inviting as a partner Paulo Bacalhau, who was then the CEO of a Email Marketing company from a large communication group.

We created the brand Sales Group in 2010, which brings together the three agencies: Creative Sales,

Data Sales and Digital Sales. Currently, we share many costs of infrastructure and human resources of the

commercial and administrative areas. The three agencies, although they are independent, but they have high value-added synergies between them. For example the databases resulting from the several namegathering operations of Digital Sales, are rented by Data Sales for Telemarketing and Direct Mail campaigns. In this way, we have an advantage for both, one, optimize the profite of the data rental, and other makes business with a higher margin than usual.

The most recent projects are the creation of an affiliate network, which is called Leads R Us in order to meet the market needs and which has proved very profitable as well. We recently create a offline and online data deduplication software and other tools that we are now starting present to the market.

 We delayed our intention to go abroad, because we must be focus in our daily business in order to keep it healthy before embrace new projects outside Portugal.

 We have grown slowly and consistently to avoid unpleasant surprises, as a rule we do not overly excited with our successes, neither depress us overly with our failures. Our main goal is not the growth, but instead, it's sustainable growth, and as proof of that, we had the year 2011 as the best year results ever since, although the market situation in Portugal and Europe are proven difficult.
