Incumbent Program Guidelines:
After completion of training, participating employees must attain one of the
following program outcomes:
1. Shift to new job duties utilizing their new skill set,
2. Gain a new job title due to their new skill,

3. Receive an increase in compensation
Program Qualifications
The following qualifications must be met in order to qualify for the program:
1. Employer must be registered to do business in the State of Maryland & participants must work in Maryland; and 2. Participants must provide proof of
identification and citizenship or proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
