Certificate Parameters
Length of generated keys: 1024 bits
Validity of certificates: 2 years
Logging in to Internet Banking for the First Time
Logging in to Internet Banking is very simple. You will need Dispozice ke smlouvě o bankovních produktech a službách or your Karta klienta containing your identification number (ID) and the envelope with your login password (Přihlašovací heslo).
Watch the video guide in Czech, which is available at www.internetbanka.cz.
Generation of Digital Certificates
Before logging in to Internet Banking for the first time, generate an SSL and signature certificate. The SSL certificate is used to access Internet Banking, while, as a rule, the signature certificate is used to confirm all active operations. Certificates cannot be used interchangeably. Certificates can be generated through the internet application Registration Authority.
Enter the following address in your internet browser www.internetbanka.cz.
Click Internet Banka button. The login page will open in a new window.
Click on Registrační autorita link. A page to login to the Registration Authority application will appear.

4 If a window with Client Verification appears, select the Cancel button. If your display shows a blank screen after clicking Cancel,
you probably don’t have the Java program installed on your computer. You can download the Java program at the following
link: http://www.java.com/en/. The application will first ask you to install Java applets from BSC Praha, spol. s r.o., which created the application. Applets are essential for the proper function of Internet Banking with certificates. In the open window, select Always install software from the publisher BSC Praha, spol. s r. o., and then click Install.
If, when logging in to the Registration Authority in the future, a security notice for the publisher BSC Praha, spol. s r. o. appears on
the screen, tick the option Always install software from the publisher BSC Praha, spol. s r. o., and then click Install.
Select the option Generate Certificates.
Enter your ID and login password, and click the Login button. You are now successfully logged in to the Registration Authority
application and can generate your digital certificates.
In the left menu, select New Certificate. Leave the Type of Certificate as the preselected SSL certificate. Then select its location.
You can leave the preselected path C:\GE SSL certifikat.p12, but to select a different location for the certificate, click Browse.
If you select a different location to the pre-set location, you must add a file name. Ideally SSL_certifikat.p12. Then choose a Security Password for your generated SSL certificate, re-enter it on the line below as Password Confirmation and click Continue.
To successfully complete its generation and save the SSL certificate, enter the Security Password you chose for the given SSL
certificate in the previous step one more time and click Save.
In the left menu, select New Certificate. As the Type of Certificate select Signature Certificate. Then select its location. You can
leave the preselected path C:\GE Podpisový certifikat.p12, but to select a different location for the certificate, click Browse. If you
select a different location to the pre-set location, you must add a file name. Ideally Podpisový_certifikat.p12. Then choose a Security Password for your generated Signature Certificate, re-enter it on the line below as Password Confirmation and click Continue.
To successfully complete its generation and save the Signature Certificate, enter the Security Password you chose for the given
Signature Certificate in the previous step one more time and click Save.
Click Log Out in the upper right corner.
Keep the security envelope with your login password in a safe place. You will need it again when renewing your certificates. Always generate both certificates on your first visit to the Registration Authority. Access to the Registration Authority is one-time without the use of a certificate.
If, in the course of generating your certificates, you exit the Registration Authority, you close your internet browser, or your computer “freezes”, you will be unable to login to the Registration Authority again for security reasons. Access to the Registration Authority is one-time (without authentication using an SSL certificate), and is automatically blocked once you have logged in. To unblock access, contact GE Money Bank Customer Service on telephone number (+420) 224 446 655. If you have already imported the SSL certificate into your browser, you can login to the Registration Authority at any time later using this certificate. Use the login password from the security envelope to login.
Generating a certificate may take more than a few seconds.

GE Money Manager
GE Money Manager is a set of useful tools that enables you to monitor your income and expenditure by category, or to have future savings under control. All information can also be displayed in clear graphs and tables.
Balance History
Balance History is a tool that enables you to track the balance on your accounts, up to a year back, in the form of clear graphs and tables. You can choose for which accounts you wish to display the sum of balances in the bar graph.
GE Money Manager Balance history
Transaction Categories
You can sort incoming and outgoing payments on your account by categories, which are predefined, or which you define yourself, e.g. wages, rent, electricity or holiday. Then simply monitor their current status on the displayed graphs. As well as these graphs with categories, you will also find a graph showing the ratio of income to expenditure for your selected period on the Overview of Transactions page.
There are several ways to setup transaction categories. You can assign categories manually, for example, when entering payments. However, if you find manually assigning categories to individual transactions too tedious, you can set rules according to which payments will be automatically sorted into individual categories under Overview of Transactions. Simply tick the option Set as a Rule and fill
in the necessary information.
Personal Budget
With the help of GE Money Manager you can put together your personal budget. Enter your regular income and expenses, and fill in your anticipated income and expenses for the year, together with your opening balance. A clear graph and table will show you the probable development of your finances over the following 12 months. Your personal budget will be automatically saved, so that you can come back to it at any time.

Hidden Accounts
If you don’t want movements between selected accounts (e.g. your own) to be displayed in the graphs under Overview of Transactions, mark them as Unseen Accounts to have a more precise overview of your income and expenditure.
